The black list is made in a guestbook format. Moderators will aprove or reject them if they follow the next rules
1.- The person can't be a member of International Postcard Trades
2.- The person who owes you must not have answered your mails more than 5 times
3.- The person must owe you from at least 4 months and not answer mails or,
4.- The person must owe you from 6 months even he/she answers mails
5.- The moderator has tryed to contact the ower and doesn't get a reply
Moderators will place the bad trader in a definitive page when the guest book is full |
