| Uma is an Electronics Engineer by profession with a strong passion for dance. she started learning kuchipudi at the age of 3 from Guru Vedantham Prahlada Sharma Ji and completed certification course in kuchipudi Indian classical dance.
She also holds diploma in Sitar (hindusthani musical instrument) from Govt Music and Dance college and learned Karnatic vocal from her mother Mudumba Chudamni and guru Malladi girija. She has many performances to her credit, choreographed classical, semi-classical, folk ballet at different places all over India, won awards for the same. Belongig to a musical family, she loves to dance and wish to learn many more dance forms.. |
