As a management trainee - advertising, you will need to be trained on the job in the three important aspects of management. These are Sales / Marketing, Operations and Administration of the business.

The first 6 to 8 months is in Customer Service where you will be exposed to all aspects of dealing with the customers, this is a team effort and involves outdoors at our customers' premises and very assigned locations.

The next 3 to 5 months is in Operations, in fact if you prove yourself, you could be playing a supervisory role here earlier. Primarily an exercise of Team Building your focus is to manage, lead and direct a team.

The last stage of your training is the easiest. This period should take only maximum 2 months.
