| Lineup grade B+ I liked my line up a lot. Uribe was my biggest problem hitting only .262. Rumor had it I need more power, but i went for guys that got on base a lot. Bench grade C Vander Wal was my main bat of the bench, but with Tino not producing him I had to start him. Defense grade B- Ichiro, Beltran, Patterson, and Byrd played a solid outfield. I may have had a good fielding percent, but Blalock and Hill leave me weak in the infield. Rotation grade B Wood and Ishii formed one of the best one two punches in the ibc. Not much depth though and one injury leaves me searching for a replacement Bullpen grade A 75 - 1 when leading after 7. When I drafted my team I wanted to make sure I won the games that I was leading. They did well. Minors grade b+ Mark Prior, Soriano, and Betemit are all future starters for me. Strengths/weaknesses Strengths: My team strength was that it would put a lot of guys on base and then run them into scoring postion. Solid hitters up and down the lineup. Weakness: Pitching Depth, and I could have used a big bat off the bench. Over/under (who overperformed, who underperformed) Under: Prior(sucks having him sitting out the whole year.) over: Uribe, Blalock, Cruz What you feel you did right or wrong. I wish i would have benched patterson sooner. I also wish i played hill at ss more. The Future... Moving to Colorado so the future is unknown. I can say winning my division next year is goal one. |
