Virgin Beaches

The
European discoverers'
comments...
These cost possessed a
singular beauty that marveled to the European scouts of the XVI
century. The siblings of Souza that visited them between 1530 and 1532
said to the return: "We were frightened of the beauty of this land and
so amazed that we didn't remember to return..."
A place dreamt to live...
A place dreamt to rest...
You
look for a charmed and beautiful place to live.
You look for a calm place and full with natural charm.
The place is inside a natural
area protected by the country.
The place is near a famous
spa (Punta del Este), but that sector is
forbidden the high
construction.
Many parcels give to the
sea, but they are indivisible properties of 5
hectares like minimum, and there are not limits in the quantity of land
to dispose...
They exist in some points
of the coast enormous dunes of sand,
considered of the biggest in the world...
The
evenings are this
way... beautiful and with a bewitched charm...

areas full with varieties of pines
and of autochthonous flora
In the oceanic beaches of the URUGUAY
there are not sharks, neither jellyfishes, neither marine snakes as in
other coasts of other latitudes...

in the world to enjoy in family and in aquatic sports with total
security..." (Pipo Mansera)
