The IRS currently rosters 22 General Electric AC4400CW locomotives, purchased in 1999 as an add-on to Canadian Pacific's order. The locomotives are built to CP specs with several minor modifications, and are numbered 4400-4421. (please disregard the road number in the artist's rendering, as it is incorrect.) At this time, most of the AC4400CWs are assigned to Calgary and are used primarily on high speed through trains.
