People like the two of you make a large difference in this world I really wish I could express in words just how much your help, thoughtfulness, patience, and kindness has meant to me. It will always be remembered as I grow in iB. You both work so hard getting everything together and when the project is finished it looks like it just was easy as pie, but we all know that is not so.

My managers teach their pups with an even hand and don't let us do anything they don't feel we are ready for and require that all the pits be professional at all times and have lots of fun doing it.

You are both more then friends to me you are my family… You have strived so hard to bring togetherness to our little group in slots… with your patients, kindness, and thoughtfulness and yes even them damn " NO's". The managers are the very special people that run this slots department and keep us up and going. Sandy and Val are the best. They work so hard to keep different things coming to our patrons and I think they both work on this at least 20 hours a day. Everytime I log on they are on. So they do alot for everyone. I have been with slot department for about 5 months. Sandy trained me as a pup. **asianfemale trained me as a shiftboss and now I do whatever I can do help everyone. I do the schedules and chair the meetings and have loads of fun doing it. I love the slots department like they are my family. Well SandyHere is MommaHen #1 and Val in MommaHen #2. When I have a problem they are both there to talk me through it. They keep my feet on the ground and my brain in my head. hehe.

The both of you will always hold a place in my heart as special friends. You have taught me so much since I joined this amazing department. You both promote TEAM work and strong support not only for our department staff but any and all in iB that might need assistance. You are not only our trainers but our friends. We have crossed many bridges the same and grown very strong understandings for one another. We have shared many laughs and tears too.
