Performance Bond	Two percent (2%)
Commisions	Agreed (50% Buyer's side, 50% Seller's side)
Payment	Irrevocable, Confirmed, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit, issued by prime World Bank.
Inspection	SGS or similar
Procedure	International
