Standard Convention of Formal Friendship
between a Government Entity
and this InterFaith
Settlement
Chapter I. A Formal Friend:
1. A Formal Friend abstains
from holding or exchanging any monetary currency (money) issued by any
Government Entity.
2. A Formal Friend abstains
from enlisting within any military or any legal enforcement agency of any
Government Entity.
3. A Formal Friend abstains
from voting within any political election or within any referendum otherwise
held by any Government Entity.
4. A Formal Friend abstains
from holding a public office, or maintaining direct employment, within any
Government Entity.
Chapter II. A Government Entity:
5. A Government Entity
abstains from imposing any taxation, including import or export duties or tariffs,
upon any Formal Friend.
Chapter III. A Conventional Friend:
6. A Conventional Friend
may exchange resources with a Formal Friend, in accordance with the terms of
the Standard Agreement of an Exchange of Resources between a Conventional
Friend and a Formal Friend, and without making the commitment of Formal
Friendship.
7. A Conventional Friend
may determine the value gained by the Conventional Friend within an exchange of
resources with a Formal Friend consequent to the exchange of resources and in accordance
with the relevant conventional guidelines involving the Conventional Friend.
Chapter IV. A General Consideration:
8. A Formal Friend
acknowledges the Universal Principles of Faith and strives to promote the
well-being of all throughout the Universe.

neighbour, the wife of thy neighbour, the manservant of thy neighbour, the maidservant
of thy neighbour, the ox or ass of thy neighbour.

Do unto others as you would have them do

Refrain from the consumption of animals.
Refrain from strong drink.
