I've bought twice through the Nussbaums' online store and service has been prompt with automated but appreciated communication at each step of the deal. They specialize in closeouts and other things one can buy low, and sell high, but you can still find some excellent deals on older pens there. I wouldn't go here first on my search for a pen, but I'd pay attention to their NOS (new old stock = unsold new condition pens from years past, warehouse recoveries) Sheaffer and Waterman pens.
