These are some of the nicest people in the world, with consistently good prices on pens and a desire to provide good service. However, they are not the world's most internet-savvy, so call first and keep in mind that unlike many net retailers they run a storefront in the "real world" that keeps them busy as well. Their prices on Auroras, Parkers and Sheaffers are to die for.
