A large portion of the PK magic work done by Ted and SI’s happened in the sphere of Nature’s weather on Planet Earth.
When Ted went outside and pointed a hand at an area of sky, he could visually imagine a scene of desired weather, such as rain coming from clouds, on the area of sky. SI’s would notice the pictorial request and bring the desired weather to the location within a day or two.
This probably worked for other SI phenomena too such as SI UFO materialisations.
Perhaps Ted could also request weather events or receive advance weather warnings from SI’s by using the TNT Disc or SI Master Screen implanted in his brain.
Ted’s most amazing PK weather feats would happen when SI’s created hurricanes and Ted could accurately predict the paths they would travel and the possible targets they would hit.
In 1974 SI’s were very angry with the USA and its continued support for the Vietnam War and so caused a box-shaped tornado to destroy the town of Xenia, Ohio. Ted claimed that the tornado was actually a partially materialised UFO created by SI’s and used like a tornado. (Xenia is related to the root “xeno” or alien, another intelligent connection to an intelligently caused event.)
Volcanoes can be like tornadoes in that they are like funnels of activity. Ted referred to the Mount Saint Helens volcanic eruption in 1980 as being a PK event related to SI’s. (Perhaps when Mount Pinatubo exploded in the Philippines in 1991, it too was a SI-sponsored event, to help close down the monstrous US Clark Air Force Base nearby and eventually the US Naval station at Olongapo due to related human military misactivity in the Middle East.)
