The Inspiration

There are many different bands that have inspired us to take on a career of rocking. Not just bands, though. Movies, songs, people, and even boredom have contributed to the inspiration of our rocking music. Below are some of the things that have inspired us the rock like we do.
Metallica: This band rocks. Truly, our band believes that this is probably one of the most talent bands out there. In some of our songs, namely King of Darkness, it is easy to point out the Metallica influence. We all admire this bands ability to play like they do, so we try to sounds just like them sometimes.

Annix: You may know by the the true feelings we have about this band. I must, however, make one thing clear, it's the band we hate, not the bandmembers. This band inspired us into a life of anti-annix. We play songs about them, to them, and even after them. We plan on making a mockery song of Annix's "We're gonna rule the Whole Entire World."

The Offspring: This band is largely supported by our band. We have a liking for this kind of punk music. The songs we play and lyrics we write may not sound like this band. Actually, all I'm really saying is that we like this band.

Blink 182: Because Blink 182 plays the same rift in almost every one of their songs, we can't help but sound like them, because we do the same kind of thing. The difference between us and this band is that Blink 182 is on its way out, while eXit only is rising to the top.

United States of Whatever: This song caused our band to have hope that our song would someday appear on the radio.

Star Trek: No, our band does not gather on fridays nights, disreagarding all football games and movies that are being played just to sit in front of the glowing TV to watch the infamous show, Star Trek. Our band does not do that. It does, however, make fun of those who do.

Jack Black: This genius may not know it, but he contributed greatly to the style of our band. Because of him, we learned that songs can be good, even if they aren't really that good, just because the lyrics are funny. Thanks Jack.

Bryan Baker: We wrote a song where we kinda stand up against the upper-class Abercrombie & Fitch people. This former Grace Brethren student inspired us to write about the truths of Abercrombie preppy boys. No offense, Bryan.

School of Rock: This is a hilarious movie starring Jack Black, one of our mentors, inspired us to rock.  It really gave insight to the true meaning of true rock. After the band saw this movie, we all wanted to rock like a true band should, but it was too late, so we all seperated and went home and wrote lonely songs.
