REGISTRATION
PROCESS
Starting February 2006, the
registration process for the Venezuelan Institute’s Spanish program will be
done online.
Follow these steps:
1.
Download the application form from this website.
2.
Print on letter size paper ONLY [1]and
complete it using black ink or typescript and attach a picture to it (this is a
mandatory requirement).
3.
Download the “Conditions of participation” from this
website, print on letter size paper ONLY[2].
Read them carefully, sign this document and attach it to your application form.
4.
Bring the application form and the “Conditions of
participation” to our office on regular working days between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Our office is
located at 24,
Registration will
be open all year round for our different terms. We will respect our policy of
“first-come-first-serve” basis and this will be the priority given to the
submitted applications.
You will be contacted on your land line number (home or work) prior
to the beginning of a term to let you know that your application was accepted. If
you are not able to get our call, we will leave a message and you will have 48
hours to call us back at the Institute, failure to do se will result in non-consideration
of your application form.
Changes on the information
provided must be informed to the Institute.
If your application is not
accepted for the term that you selected, it will be considered to the following
term (unless instructed otherwise by you).
