Kimmy nudged Dawn in the side. "Hey, Shane
invited all of us to hang out
with Westlife tonight?"
"What?" Dawn asked in shock as she turned around.
"You're joking right?"
"Nope, they're leaving now for some other club though.
Wanna go?"
Dawn smiled. "Of course. Let's grab the
other chicks and get it."
Kimmy and Dawn rounded up the others and met the lads at the
door. Aine's
jaw dropped when she saw Bryan. "Oh...My...God..." she said.
Bryan smirked. "I'm your god? Cool."
Kian smacked Bryan in the back of the head. "That
wasn't funny Bry."
Aine was giggling, so Bryan replied, "She thought it
was."
Kian rolled his eyes. "Are we out of here or what?
Some girls of there
noticed us and they are heading this way."
Just then a group of about fifteen girls began making their
way over to the
doors. "Let's go," Nicky said and led the way out.
Once outside, they divided themselves up and grab three
taxis. Kian,
Nicky, and Bryan rode in one, Aine, Shawna, and Jenn were together, and
Shane, Kimmy, Mark, and Dawn took the third.
"Oh my God!" Aine squealed in the cab.
"We are partying with Westlife!
Westlife!"
"Calm down Aine," Shawna warned. "If you
act like this around them,
they'll leave."
"Whatever, Bryan already likes me. I laughed at
his joke."
Jenn and Shawna rolled their eyes. "You are too
weird Aine!" Jenn said as
the taxi pulled to a stop. The driver got out and opened the door for
them.
Kian, Nicky, and Bryan were waiting outside for them.
"Hey sweetcheeks," Bryan said and wrapped his arm
around Aine's waste.
"Ready to get your groove on?"
"You know it baby," she smiled and waltzed inside
at his side. The others
went in before Shane, Kimmy, Mark and Dawn got there. Their cab pulled up
just as they were walking in so Shane knew to just head inside.
"Everybody's already inside," he said over the
girls' heads to Mark. "I
guess we should just find them."
"Ok," Mark replied and the lads led the girls
inside to the VIP room.
We get it on most every night
When that moon is big and bright
It's a supernatural delight
Everybody's dancing in the moonlight
Everybody here is out of sight
They don't bark and they don't bite
They keep things loose they keep it tight
Everybody's dancing in the moonlight
"Want a drink?" Mark asked Dawn over the music.
"Sure, I'll take a Lemon Drop followed by a Malibu rum
and pineapple
juice," Dawn replied.
Mark just smiled at her before he headed to the bar, and
Shane followed
him. "Well, Kimmy seems to like you," Mark said to Shane.
"Yeah, too bad she's a pop star."
Mark rolled his eyes. "You need to get over that
Shane. For all you know,
she's your soul mate."
"I highly doubt it. She's cute and all, and will
be plenty of fun tonight.
So, how are you getting on with Dawn?"
"Not sure yet, haven't had much of a chance to talk to
her. Hoping to get
her out on the floor."
Dancing in the moonlight
Everybody's feeling warm and bright
It's such a supernatural delight
Everybody's dancing in the moonlight
We like our fun and we never fight
You can't dance and stay uptight
It's a supernatural delight
Everybody's dancing in the moonlight
The lads returned with the drinks and promptly led the girls
out onto the
dance floor. Bryan and Aine were already all over each other at the center
of the fall. "Are they ever gonna come up to breathe?" Kimmy
jokingly asked
Shane.
"Nah," he said. "Bryan's got enough hot
air for the both of them."
Kimmy laughed hysterically and wrapped her arms around
Shane's waist. "I
think you're funny than I thought Filan," she said into his ear.
"I try," he replied as he pushed a loose piece of
her hair behind her ear.

It's such a supernatural delight

"So, my mom is Irish and my dad is French, so that's why
I have an Irish
first name and a French last name," Aine explained to Bryan as they danced.
"I can speak French," Bryan said, trying to act
cool. Then in the worst
French accent possible, he said, "Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?"
Aine began rolling on the floor with laughter. Then she
composed herself
and answered, "Oui, mon cher."
"Uh, I know 'oui' means 'yes', but..."
"But you have no idea what you asked me."
"Yeah," Bryan was a bit embarrassed now.
Aine giggled. "You asked if I wanted to go to bed
with you tonight, but I
suppose the offer no longer stands."
Bryan got this huge cheesy grin on his face.
"Baby, I don't have any plans
tonight." He nodded towards the door. "So, let's get outta
here. Maybe
you could teach me some more French."
Aine stood for a minute and pretended to think.
"Ok, let's go." And out
the door they went.

Everybody's feeling warm and bright
It's such a supernatural delight

"Well, there go Aine and Bryan," Mark said to Dawn
as they danced.
"I noticed. I hope she doesn't get herself into
any trouble."
"Bryan will take care of her. We know how to take
care of our women," Mark
said as he pulled Dawn close to him as the next song on slowed things down.
You can tell me you're in love with me
That you can't take your pretty eyes away from me
It's not that I don't want to stay
But everytime you come to close I move away
I wanna believe in everything that you say
Because it sounds so good
But if you really want me, move it slow
There's things about me you just have to know
Kimmy moved close to Shane as the song came on. "I
love slow dancing," she
said to him.
He turned his face to say something to her and their lips
were only inches
apart. This strange electricity filled the air. They both moved in
to
kiss, but Shane pulled away suddenly. "Sorry Kimmy," he said and
walked off
the dance floor and to the men's room.
"What did I do?" Kimmy asked aloud, but he didn't
hear her.
Sometimes I run, sometimes I hide
Sometimes I'm scared of you
But all I really want is to hold you tight
Treat you right
Be with you day and night
Baby all I need is time
Dawn coolly stared at Mark, her blue eyes ice cold.
"Your women? Who said
I was your woman Mark?"
"Woah, calm down Dawn. I didn't mean it that
way," Mark tried to defend
himself. "I just meant that we don't let anything happen to the girls
we
are with."
"Whatever Mark," Dawn said and walked over to a
table and sat down.
I don't wanna be so shy, uh-uh
Everytime that I'm alone I wonder why
Hope that you will wait for me
You'll see that you're the only one for me
I wanna believe in everything that you say
'Cause it sounds so good
But if you really want me, move it slow
There's things about me you just have to know
"Dawn, please, let me explain," Mark said as he
walked over to her.
"Leave me alone Mark."
Mark sat down and turned her face so he could look into her
eyes. "Dawn, I
didn't mean anything by what I said. I just meant..."
"Stop Mark, you don't need to explain. Just, I
need some time alone ok?"
"Fine Dawn," he said and stood up.
Sometimes I run, sometimes I hide
Sometimes I'm scared of you
But all I really want is to hold you tight
Treat you right, be with you day and night
Baby all I need is time
Kimmy saw Dawn sitting alone at the table and then watched as
Mark stomped
back to the dance floor. "Mark," she hollered and grabbed his
arm.
"What?" he snapped as he turned around.
"Oh, sorry Kimmy."
"It's ok. What's wrong with Dawn?"
Mark shook his head. "I dunno, she said she needed
time."
"What did you say to her?" Kimmy knew if a guy
pushed things too fast with
Dawn, she freaked out and shut down.
"Nothing, honest."
Kimmy sighed. "You wouldn't happen to know why
Shane ran from me do you?"
Mark shrugged. "He acts like a duetz sometimes
when he's drunk and does
dumb things Kimmy."
"Oh, ok." Somehow she knew it was more than
that.
Just hang around and you'll see
There's nowhere I'd rather be
If you love me, trust in me
The way I trust in you
Dawn walked up to the bar and ordered a Crown and Coke.
She downed it in
an instant and ordered another. She had to get her mind far away from its
current thoughts. Thoughts of the jerks she'd been with before, who pushed
her too fast and too far. She turned and looked at Mark, talking to Kimmy.
"Why does he have to be one of them?" she wondered. "Aren't
there any good
ones left?"
Sometimes I run, sometimes I hide
Sometimes I'm scared of you
But all I really want it to hold you tight
Treat you right, be with you day and night
Sometimes I run, sometimes I hide
Sometimes I'm scared of you
But all I really want is to hold you tight
Treat you right, be with you day and night
All I really want is to hold you tight
Treat you right, be with you day and night
Baby all I need is time
Shane sighed as he watched Kimmy from the door of the loo.
She was so
gorgeous, and funny, and sweet, so what was his problem? "Why
couldn't I
kiss her?" he asked himself. He knew the answer; she was a pop star.
He
swore he would never date anyone who was in the public eye, it would be too
hard. "Have to get her out of my mind," he told himself.
"Just forget
about her." Easy said than done.
