Crystallized

The soft glow of the morning dawn
My eyes looking upon this beauty

Just a fresh dusting of new white snow
Branches glistening before me
The stillness surrounding my path
As if this world just woke up shimmering

Each branch so delicately defined
The forest of diamonds line the streets
As I drive into my day
This breathtaking moment  and
crystallized view was mine.

This poem was inspired by TS, someone very close to me, who was amazed at the scenery during a drive into work one winter morning.
