Choices

Is your mind willing and able to learn
or your heart open to the love you yearn
If you came upon a fork in the trail,
would you fold or choose growth to prevail?

Choices shown, yet seen not all the time,
happiness not always considered in the climb.
Though needing something more deep inside,
pride of 'the who' seen in the mirror, should be the guide.

Lost on endless tracks, attached by chains,
choosing to jump from these runaway trains.
Embracing a new life with courage in my mind.
Leaving the prison and fears behind!
