The Agreement Between Inspiration Press and Creators of Content

This agreement exists between you, The Writer/Author/Content Creator and Inspiration Press, The Online or e-Publisher. It will set forth the rules and policies which will regulate your transactions with The Publisher, Inspiration Press.

a) Inspiration Press will hereby be known as the publisher of your work(s). It will have the rights to market it, make copies, submit free copies to reviewers and distributors for a full marketing campaign.

b) The Publisher reserves the right to change the letters of this agreement and make addendums to this agreement, depending on the needs of the market.

c) The Publisher will give you, the Author/Content Creator, 40% of the sales aor any other proceeds collected from buyers, sponsors and other business associates.

d) The Publisher has FNASR. Inspiration Press also has the rights to negotiate with any other media for translation, adaptation and republication of this work in print and other media.

e)The Author will receive back all rights to his/her books after 3 years.

f)The Publisher can unilaterally decide to unlist any ebook if its owner/author does not pay the listing fees to be estimated by the Publisher

g) The Publisher reserves the rights to cease publication if the economic downturn causes the lack of sales for any and all the products listed on the site.
