SUMMARY: Poirot is sorting through his mail one morning when he comes upon a rather curious letter. The letter instructs him to go to the town of Andover on a certain date and is signed "A.B.C." Poirot and Captain Hastings go down to Andover on the specified date and find that an Alice Ascher has been murdered. Poirot realizes that the case is one down, twenty-five to go.....
