Clue 1      Option #1
Cutting Instructions
In this first clue we are going to cut all of the fabric that we will need.  So if you do not have all of your fabric this gives you 3 weeks to get it and get it cut.

Light Fabric - Cut 2 strips - 2 7/8" by width of fabric (wof) from FOUR of the ten light fabrics.  Subcut the strips into 96 squares measuring 2 7/8" x 2 7/8".  Then cut once on the diagnol giving you 192 half-squares triangles.

There are 6 remaining uncut light fabrics.  Cut 3 strips - 2 1/2" x wof from EACH of the 6 remaining light fabrics.  This will give you 18 strips.  Subcut SIX of these strips (one of each of the six different fabrics) into 96 squares measuring 2 1/2"x 2 1/2".  Leave the remaining 12 strips uncut.

Medium Fabric -  Cut 3 strips - 2 1/2" x wof from EACH of the 6 medium fabrics.  This will give you 18 strips.  Subcut SIX of these strips (one of each of the 6 fabrics) into 96 squares measuring 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".  Leave the remaining 12 strips uncut.

Dark Fabric -  Cut 2 strips -  2 7/8 x wof from EACH of the four dark fabrics.  This will give you 8 dark strips.  Subcut the strips into 96 squares measuring 2 7/8" x 2 7/8".  Then cut once on diagnol giving you 192 half-square triangles.
