Good morning, and ta to all you youngsters who turned out to see The Whatevers last night at The Lanterns, not the best of gigs, but it had heart and soul about it, so that's okay. Pictures of the goings-on, and gig reports of the last few shows to come soon.

Much wheeling and dealing has led to some more live extravaganzas in the near future, so check the gig page for details.

Crash, bang, wallop, and hello children, and thank you one and all who made last night at Stripes rollicking good fun for all involved, especially Charlos for her spirited working of the tambourine.

Pictures from last night's jambouree are up now in the Photos section, but for now, we'll see you at The Lanterns...

What ho, one and all, not much to bring to you all today, but lyrics are up for The Whatevers 2 brand new songs, 'Catwalk City' and 'Saturday', to be premiered over the next few gigs, so tape recorders at the ready, bootleg merchants.

Hey there kids, hope you all had a rollocking Christmas, and what better way to celebrate, errrm, January, with a host of live spectaculars from your young rock'n'roll heroes, check out the gig section for the shocking news as it happens.

Thanks to all those who joined/contributed to Sean and Jack's busking adventure in Folkestone town centre last Saturday, especially to the most generous of the passers by, Mr Anthony Lee and his lady wife. A princely sum of 10.54 was raised, with 6.20 being spent on tea and chips, as it was frigging freezing.

Hohoho and Merry Christmas to all Whatevers fans, make sure you save your Christmas pennies for after the 25th, as that's when your local rock'n'roll heroes start the recording of their first EP (Yes, it's an EP, it means we can release an album later in the year and charge you more, haha, suckers), the lead track is expected to be The Session Men, and so, through the magic of television, it will be called 'The Session Men EP', and who says creativity is dead...

There's also a new work of art in the 'Other Crap' section for you to pass round the Christmas table and share with your relatives ...so long as they like The Whatevers.

And after his appointment as manager last month, Simon has been given a warning for 'being shit' and not getting us any gigs, but he assures he will pull his socks up and make the band as big as the deserve to be ...I'm not hopeful.
