Interview with Doyle

E-Wrestling Mark: Would you be interested in doing an interview for the Inside E-wrestling website?

Doyle: sure thing

E-Wrestling Mark: Well, what can I call you?

E-Wrestling Mark
: Doyle?

E-Wrestling Mark: PKD?

E-Wrestling Mark: Boner?

Doyle: Doyle is fine

E-Wrestling Mark: Doyle it is.

E-Wrestling Mark: Well, hello Doyle and welcome to this, the second interview for the inside e-wrestling website.

E-Wrestling Mark: You have been chosen beacuse you bugged me about it.

Doyle: *snicker*

E-Wrestling Mark: And because I planned on interviewing you anywho.

Doyle: well that amkes me feel special

E-Wrestling Mark: I plan on interviewing everyone.

E-Wrestling Mark: Anyhow.

E-Wrestling Mark: *L*

E-Wrestling Mark: Please, let the readers know more about yourself

E-Wrestling Mark
: First of all...

E-Wrestling Mark: e-wrestling background.

Doyle: I've been e-wrestling for over 3 years. I really began to get into it in Fall of '98 in a league called Extreme Internet Wrestling, ran by longtime good buddy Cee Wooden/Jarred Bombay. That's where Ron Van Clam really took off. I had feuds there most noteably with a man named "Homicide Personified" Harley Phiresteiner, who was the collest motherfucker on earth. Me and Jorge have ran together/against each toher for years, and even earned a bit a of glory in 1999 after being named the #8 Tag Team on the RSPWF Year End Awards.

Doyle: in January '99 I joined up in Josh Hamric's No Holds Barred Wrestling Federation. That's where I was introduced to more of 'this circle". It was there I befriended Timmy C, Jared Simmons, Chris Herrig and others. In Summer of 199, I joined FCA, where I wasnt having fun b/c I felt I didnt get the push I deserved (sad but true..funny how things changed). Oh yeah..I also ran a league called Great Lakes Wrestling Federation during that time, which someone (who will remain nameless) called "Bigger then FCA, ACF, and EWA [at the time] Put together". Who am i to argue? It flopped after agos got to big to handle, and that's when I began my "E-Wrestling is a hobby" crusade, with Carter and others at my side.

Doyle: After that, I kinda bonded this side b/c the fun was gone, and every took stuff to seriously. I found my roots in some mail feds, then resrfaced sparatically throughout 2000. My comp bit the dust in August 2000, and I pretty much fell off the face of the earth till the begining of 2001, which brings us to now.

E-Wrestling Mark: What is this "E-wrestling is a hobby" crusade about?

Doyle: Oh. After Tebble put FCA in the hands fo Carter, people really ripped into him (this was Fall 199) b/c he decided to have fun instead put up results. I thought that was shitty, so we almost "protested" feds where there where major league a-holes. (not to mention names like Grant Patten or antying like that).

Doyle: The second incident was NHBWF. I'll spare Hamric, and everyone else my rant and simply refer to: http://efr15.tripod.com/nhbwfrant.html

Doyle: But after that, there was no mroe fun on "this side". So I took over AGW for about 8 months till my computer crash killed it.

E-Wrestling Mark: Hold up a second, what do you mean by 'spare Hamric'?

Doyle: I've ripped into Hamric on mroe then one occassion about how badly he pissed on people in NHBWF..the Nicky D situation was the the spark that lit the fuse. I've since gotten over it, and Hamric is a pretty cool guy.

E-Wrestling Mark: Ahhh, alright.

E-Wrestling Mark: So going back a second...you mentioned Grant Pattern...what makes him such an asshole?

Doyle: Grant Patten? Where do we start? He's the equivalent of the kid in elemntary who'd piss his pants if he todl him there was a monster in that bottle of glue. He's bombed boards, and generally taken the fun out fo e-w for a lot fo ppl. he made TBL's life in FCA a living hell, and Grant could never accept a loss in e-w.

E-Wrestling Mark: Isn't he a good e-wrestler though?

Doyle: Beats me. i'd rather get my kidney's removed with a handsaw and an olive fork then read his stuff. He's never been in any feds I've joined, so I never cared to look.

E-Wrestling Mark: I see.

E-Wrestling Mark: So now...tell the readers what exactly are you working on currently. From Efeds, to Squared Circle Insiders.

E-Wrestling Mark: Wha are you doing currently?

Doyle: Right now, I'm "War machine" Damien Churchill in DSW. I also write matches for Steve there. Also, I joined two days ago a another mail league called "American Wrestling Promotions" with "Wild Thing" Brodie Larson, and Dimitrius Bastard, other wise known as "Suburban Disharmony".

Doyle: I also run Squared Circle Insiders *cough* http://scinsiders.cjb.net *cough* . BTW, shout out to Hokus Pokus Smartus for the Background image on the site. SCI is my baby, and there's gonna be big things to come in the next months

E-Wrestling Mark: You do realize I could just not put the link in the transcript, and your coughs would look awkwardly stupid.

Doyle: yes, but now you would have to delete this entire part of the interview, b/c everyone will come to me ask what link you are talking about.

E-Wrestling Mark: The man does have a point.

E-Wrestling Mark: Anyway, SC Insiders is up in the affiliates page.

E-Wrestling Mark: Anyway.

E-Wrestling Mark: How is DSW doing from your point of view? What needs to improve, if anything? Is it perfect?

Doyle: DSW is VERY close to perfect. Mac is a take-no-shit prez. He works with everythign and everyone. I honestly don't understand why he cant get as much activity rp-wise for what he does. If there one thing that coudl improve, it's handler activeness.

E-Wrestling Mark: What makes 'Mac' a take-no-shit prez?

Doyle: B/c he's been down the road before where your league si full of little crybabies. If someone gets seriously ticked, they get seriously fired. Being a fedhead is a thankless job. They take lots of time out of his or her day to book and type matches, for no pay at all. When I ran AGW, i ran shit like a fucking dictator. they way it should be.

Doyle: Peopel cans till be happy

Doyle: I'm happier when there's no whiners and bitches

E-Wrestling Mark: Alright...so, have you taken a look at some of the other feds our website covers?

E-Wrestling Mark
: HWW, FWL, HIW, EIWA, TTW, STOW?

Doyle: Yes I have. In that wonderful PEWP I've selected people from HIW and FWL, and I think EIWA has the makings to be a huge deal

E-Wrestling Mark: I see. Out of all those federations Inside E-wrestling covers, which do you think has the best talent pool.

E-Wrestling Mark: Not the best ran fed...

E-Wrestling Mark: Not the best angles

E-Wrestling Mark: Not the best product.

E-Wrestling Mark: The best talent pool.

Doyle: HIW unquestionably. It's all experience there. BTW, I would like to publically state, that i think Joey Fury is THE MOST UNDERR-RATED RP'ER OF ALL TIME! Tied with Anything handled by Jared Simmons

E-Wrestling Mark: See, that was part of the word association section.

E-Wrestling Mark: But alright.

E-Wrestling Mark: Joey Fury is indeed underrated.

E-Wrestling Mark: So then...do you think HIW will succeed with Dave Fenichel as president?

E-Wrestling Mark: Fenichel himself said FCA fell because of his inexperience mostly.

E-Wrestling Mark: quoting Fenichel..."It ran great for the first 2 months or so, but in the end, my inexperience in running e-feds caught up to me..."

Doyle: I think Dave's inexperience is too broad or reasoning for FCA's decline. He ran shit too tight. Too much of it was "His way or the highway". He's experienced, just not at all aspects. If he handles that properly, HIW is going to go places. But it's still too early to tell.

E-Wrestling Mark: How about EIWA?

E-Wrestling Mark: What does it need to succeed.

E-Wrestling Mark: ?

E-Wrestling Mark: Do realize, I'm asking you because just like me, you run a site analyzing federations.

Doyle: EIWA needs to have people give it a chance.

E-Wrestling Mark: What do you mean 'give it a chance'?

Doyle: I'm actually writing an article on EIWA for the enw SCI e-zine, called EIWA: Will ti be held down?". It seems to me not many peopel are giving it a chance. Like HIW has just over shadowed it completely.

E-Wrestling Mark: You know you're actually right. Take that Fenichel. I'm going on ahead and quoting Doyle in calling you a cock-sucker for overshadowing EIWA.

E-Wrestling Mark: *L*

Doyle: that was golden.

Doyle: That's prolly quote of the month for June

E-Wrestling Mark: Yeah.

E-Wrestling Mark: That'll be quote of the years on your website's awards.

E-Wrestling Mark: First quote inducted into the hall of fame and all.

Doyle: can we even continue on with this itnerview anymore?!

Doyle: it'll be tough...

E-Wrestling Mark: I don't think we can stop after that man! We have to keep going!

Doyle: awesome :-)

E-Wrestling Mark: I asked this to Fenichel, and I'd like to hear your opinion...

E-Wrestling Mark: Do you think a conflict-full circle can survive for a long while?

E-Wrestling Mark: Dave "The Jew" said a conflict-less circle could leave, but it would be boring.

Doyle: not if it's entirely conflict. You'll have bickering like schoolgirls no matter where you go. But if it's constant fighting.... I think of it like this: If this circle dies because of conflict, bitching over late cards, or general retardedness...I'll piss on the ashes.

E-Wrestling Mark: The man will piss on the ashes...

E-Wrestling Mark: You have cojones.

E-Wrestling Mark: Change of subject.

E-Wrestling Mark: What has been the best moment in your e-wrestling career?

Doyle: When i saw my name as #30 on the RSPWF Top 200 e-wrestlers poll, I was excited. I saw my name above guys who I've agued with myself thinking 'am I better then him?'. It was nice to see my peers though so highly of me. I've only won 1 Top-Tier title in my 3 years.

Doyle: oh yeah

Doyle: and the single greatst chat ever:

Doyle: ONE MORE TIME

E-Wrestling Mark: What chat is that?

Doyle: NHBWF. It had it high moments [The Insyderz/Insiders unquestionably peaked there], but Hamric shitted on a lot of people so he could bring in "names" that were nothing great (not to pot shot Nicky D..Nicky D is awesome, he's an exception, and trashing the NHBWF was a beautiful thing to teach Hamric a lesson).

E-Wrestling Mark: So...do you think the 'circle' is dying?

Doyle: this circle..slowly..e-wrestling in general..no.

E-Wrestling Mark: Very well. What do you think is killing the circle?

Doyle: Communication problems. General Annoyances. People need to get off high horses, and start pushing new faces (or at least new characters)

E-Wrestling Mark: I'm running out of questions here so...what exactly is your personal favorite television show?

E-Wrestling Mark: I don't really care, let me tell you

E-Wrestling Mark: But i have a minimum number of questions I like to ask, and I haven't met the requirement yet.

Doyle: 'The Critic'

E-Wrestling Mark: K...

E-Wrestling Mark: Is there any questions you would like to ask me?

Doyle: YOU BEAT YOUR ASS THERE IS~!

E-Wrestling Mark: Ok, shoot.

Doyle: Have you ever heard of the fed "Great Lakes Heritage Wrestling" before today?

E-Wrestling Mark: Yes.

E-Wrestling Mark: Once or twice, yes.

Doyle: Have you ever seen the fed?

E-Wrestling Mark: No, I haven't.

E-Wrestling Mark: 2 more questions...

Doyle: Who would win in a fist fight: Patrick K. Doyle or Dave Fenichel?

E-Wrestling Mark: hmmmmm....

E-Wrestling Mark: Neither.

E-Wrestling Mark: Fenichel is a cock-sucker, and Doyle is a pussy.

E-Wrestling Mark: Another quote! This one's mine!

Doyle: Fair enough. And finally...If DRob was to turn heel, would the ideal situation be to bring out a baby carriage, pull out a baby that looks real, then DDT it, and it turns out to be a fake baby?

E-Wrestling Mark: I can't see a better way to turn heel, so I'd have to say yes, that'd be the ideal situation...

Doyle: now lets do word assocation!

E-Wrestling Mark: Yes, please.

E-Wrestling Mark: Now, remember...I give you a name, you give your thoughts and a memorable moment, or a message to that person or what-not.

Doyle
: good deal.

E-Wrestling Mark
: DRob.

Doyle: Brother in The Pariahs. If he ever loses a match in e-w, odds are he's saving a burning Venezulean oprhanage

E-Wrestling Mark: Prez 'Mac'

Doyle: Mac is a kickass motherfucker. DSW will be the next big thing, garaunteed

E-Wrestling Mark: HIW

Doyle: When you reach the top, there's onyl one place to go...

E-Wrestling Mark: EWA

Doyle: Probabaly the most influential fed to date to 'our circle'

E-Wrestling Mark: Tom Stone.

Doyle: Innovator. Mastermind. And a pretty cool guy for someone who I've never really talked too. PEWP is gonna be the shit.

E-Wrestling Mark: Dave Fenichel

Doyle: Heh..I think Dave gets off on himself..that's all I was thinking when reading the scoop and the Presidential Address. See what I said above on HIW.

Doyle: he's a cool muddaphucka though

E-Wrestling Mark: Serial Thrylla.

Doyle: Carter..brother in The Pariahs..Brother in the Hobby Crusade..nicest man I know.

E-Wrestling Mark: Nick Diamante.

Doyle: Probably the best Roleplayer ever on our side.

E-Wrestling Mark: Timmy Aaron.

Doyle: Brother #3. Timmy the stalker (i knwo it was you Timmy ;-)). He's probably the number 1 perosn I wanna feud with..we could do a bang-up Tag Team Feud

E-Wrestling Mark: Crydercracker.

Doyle: Cryderman is mah dawg. We've been down roads together since fuckin' early '99. NOA vs. Reign of Pain. Roaddog vs. Tommy Doyle. Social Enemies. GLHW. Cryderman always there.

E-Wrestling Mark: Vince DiNardo.

Doyle: Homo erectus

E-Wrestling Mark: Alex Garner

E-Wrestling Mark: Grant

Doyle: *LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL*

Doyle: Steve Mac

E-Wrestling Mark: Worst Fed-Head

Doyle: Chandler, EWA

E-Wrestling Mark: Best Gimmick

Doyle: Sexual Harrasment Panda or Dr. Kool Aid Man

E-Wrestling Mark: Last but certainly not least...Inside E-wrestling...Chocolate or Vanilla?

Doyle: I think of it like this: You can have 5 apples and 5 oranges in one hand, and 10 apples and 10 oranges in the other hand, but in reality, all you have is really big hands.
