Yu Yu Food-tropolis Part 12: ENMA-SAMA!

Enma-sama was angry.

And when he was angry all lesser beings fled from him, terrified of being caught and used as an object of his wrath.

He was angry because he was all out of yellow jelly beans.

How the hell was he supposed to be all godly when he couldn't even get those little drops of golden sunlight?

None of his normal suppliers had any at the moment. They said that he ate them too fast for them to replenish their stores.

Bah humbug! All twenty of his suppliers out! How dare they defy the mighty ENMA-SAMA!?!

He only ate them at the speed that his love and respect for them dictated - twenty tons per day - and they said that that was improper.

He'll show them improper.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

A manical laugh rang through the room.

ENMA-SAMA turned around. He was quite startled to discover that a mere mortal could ever sneak up behind the mighty ENMA-SAMA.

The man came forward, "Enma, Enma. You've been a naughty boy. Eating all of the yellow jelly beans like that, how could you?"

Boy? ENMA-SAMA growled deep in his throat and lifted up his foot to squish the impudent mortal.

The mortal lifted his hand and shook his finger at ENMA-SAMA. "Naughty, naughty Enma! " chided the strange mortal, "Because of you no humans can enjoy the taste of yellow jelly beans......and I've come to fix that."

The upraised foot began to descend on the hapless mortal.

"Oh, poo. You are such a poor sport Enma ol'boy. I guess that I'll just have to stop taunting you and get on with the point."

The man motioned lasily with his right hand.

And ENMA-SAMA died..........well, not really... okay so he did die but....

He had become a handfull of yellow jelly beans.

The man picked them up and went over to a window then tossed them out so they would grow in the human world.

He then leaned out of the window and called down between cupped hands, "Taste the rainbow!"

Giggling he disappeared.

I don't like yellow jelly beans so ENMA-SAMA could have eaten them all and I wouldn't have cared. ^_^

I'm also aware of the fact that "Taste the rainbow" is for skittles.
