Yu Yu Food-tropolis Part 1: Yusuke

Yusuke awoke, remembering the last faint flashes of his last battle. The screams and the high-pitched laughter of the child demon that he had been fighting.

He sat up, trying to remember how the battle had ended when Kuwabara walked in comforting a crying Keiko.

*She's crying. I wonder......*

Keiko slumped to the floor, tears streaking down her face,"Yusuke!!!!! Matte!!!!!!"

Kuwabara looked positively helpless as he watched Keiko crying,"Damn it Yusuke!! You weren't supposed to die until I killed you!!!!!"

*I'm not dead!! Kuwabara no baka!!!*Thought Yusuke

*I'll just have to get out of this pot and......wait a second, did I say pot!!!!!!!!*

He looked down at his body......and discovered that he was a tomato.*This is not happening, this is not happening! Dying I can handle, being turned into a tomato.......that's another story!! Help!!!!!!!*

Keiko just kept on crying.

*Wait Shuuichi could get me out of this I bet!!* Yusuke concentrated on sending a thought out to the red haired boy.*Shuuichi!! Listen to me! I'm not dead!!!!! I'm just a tomato right now, and I need you to help me get back to me!!!!! Shuuichi!!!!*

It was no use, Shuuichi Minamino's mind was too clouded with grief to even hear him.

Yusuke settled back and watched Keiko and Kuwabara,"I guess......that this is the end of me."
