--- Rules and Information ---
The dream is owned by me, Legacy, and is Co-owned by Youkai, who helped with ideas on creating the dream. Since it's a newly developed dream, it lacks the root rules. Though, the one basic thing is: Keep EVERYTHING Pg within "OOC" places.
Well, some would say "What's considered 'Pg'?" Well, it's anything that would be allowed in a movie for children under the age of 13 to see. :) The Rp Inn, area and house will be considered a "Pg-13" area. Mild cursing and violence is allowed there. And only there - but only if you are "IC"!!
If anyone is accused sexually harrasing ANYONE within the dream, they will be ejected immediatley, without a warning. Absolutely NO sexual oriented content is allowed in Anime Heaven. Intimacy is tolerated, but must be to a maximum PG-13 content, otherwise you will be ejected if complained about after two times.
Harrasment isn't allowed at Anime Heaven; but seniors there cannot do anything about it if you are harrased if you do not tell someone about it. If you have any problems within the dream, you can contact one of the seniors to help you, or say 'senior list' when in Anime Heaven. A list of the seniors are:

If repeditive harrasment is reported, please contact Youkai or Legacy and the harraser will be banned from the dream. If alternate characters are used, and STILL the harrasing is further continued, they will be reported to Furcadia's guardians.
--- Seniors ---
Seniors are people that have wanted to help with keeping Anime Heaven a good place to stay (Such as ejecting harrasing people or others that were breaking the rules).
Unfortunatley, we are not accepting any more requests for seniors. We have a good amount of seniors for the amount of people that actually stay in the dream. When the dream gets an average of 20 people that stay at the dream, we will accept only two more Senior requests -- which will be held as interviews. And you must obtain the job, instead of it being given to you from being asked.
Sometimes, though, the job will randomly be given to a person who normally stays in the dream. They will, of course, still have to go through the process in becoming a senior. They will be asked a few questions and see if they are loyal to not abuse their share. :)
-- Senior Rules --
All seniors must not abuse their right to use share. If an anonymous person is misusing their share, all seniors will temporarily be removed from having share for a week. Suspension will be revolked if the person who abused their share confesses. (If a senior admits to it, they will be temporarily suspended from seniorship for two weeks. If the person is caught without confession, their share will be removed.)
All seniors must contribute when senior requests are made. You may suggest on someone becoming a senior, and all seniors will determine whether or not the person would make a good senior on their knowledge of the person in Anime Heaven. [This does not automatically make a person a senior. It just means they are almost there to becoming a senior. :) They will then have to answer a few questions, and then will soon receive share.] -- Senior requests can be made when the dream starts having more people come into it (around twenty or so).

If you have any suggestions on what should be added the dream, please feel free to whisper Youkai or Legacy. ^^ There is a limited amount of room in the dream, though, so it can't be anything too big.
A senior room will be added, where there will be senior meetings around once a month (if needed), or when we chose on new seniors.
