MariJuana is classified as a schedule 1 drug by the food and drug administration. Designated as a narcotic, it cannot be perscribed by physicians to patients. In 1988, the DEA law Judge said "mariJuana is one of the safest, therapuetically active substance known to man". That and it's legal to perscribe in 37 states.(I'm not endorsing drugs, I Just think it would be nice for the government to get its head out of its ass and locking people up for what is a victemless crime.)

A few smart ass studens decided to see if people would by bottled water. Evian isn't even french, it's naive spelled backwards. Needless to say, this stands as a testiment that you should never over-estimate some ones intelligence.
