For what the people live
The nature has
created mankind as her own continuation. Strict, but careful mother she
laboriously opens all the secrets to her child. She generously awards him for
successes with energy and vital space and punishes for laziness by wars,
illnesses, accidents. Each new scientific opening enabled to increase the
number of a civilization. The reasonable mankind was generated when people have learned to exchange the
information with each other, to keep and to transfer it to new generations.
From this moment victorious procession of the people on their own historical
ways began.
After they have
learned to use fire, the mankind has mastered new, extensive and earlier
inaccessible to his existence, areas of the planet and was awarded by a nature
by increase in its number.
Having mastered
a wheel, it has received vehicles, became stronger and faster. It has resulted
in acceleration of development of production means, development of some large
territories and natural sources of energy - water, energy of the wind etc. In
result the vital space and number of a human population have increased again.
Then metals
were developed, creation of an internal combustion engine, inventing of an
atomic energy etc.
For creation of
space engineering the mankind has received the award: access into the open
space, in new spaces, which will be useful for the future generations.
Development of
space, thermonuclear energy, the achievements of genetics and computer
revolution undoubtedly will result in expansion of human civilization, vital
level of the people and their intellectual potential will increase.
But if nation
get satisfied and stops the development, and lags behind in this eternal race
of development, it will get retribution as wars, ruin, illnesses, which quickly
reduce number of this nation.
Perhaps, nobody
will to argue with this fact. But why it is so? Why the sense of existence of
mankind consists in continuous development, knowledge and nature
transformation?
Beginning with
objects of the microworld and finishing with intergalactic objects, we see,
that they are incorporated in this or that system of co-operating objects,
which perceive the information about objects around, and cooperate with them.
In the real world no system can exist isolated. On the one hand it
simultaneously is an element of final set of various systems of a different
level, and on the other hand it is a system consisting of other systems.
So is a man.
Simultaneously, he is an element of various social systems of different levels,
for example, state, industrial enterprise, family etc.
On the other
hand, a man himself consists of a lot of systems - organs of body, cells,
chemical elements etc.
All these systems,
irrespective of level occupied in considered system, are elements of multitude
of other systems themselves.
Thus, as well
as any object available in the world, each man, irrespective of his desire, is
connected to other objects by different connections and continuously
co-operates with them, not always
realising it.
The human
civilization can be considered as information structure of interaction, which
consists of multitude elements (quanta) - the people. People, in their turn,
are formed by co-operating objects of genetic, chemical and elementary
information systems. Precisely the same, as all quanta of younger information
structures are constructed from objects of the elder structures.
The large
number of civilisation elements forms its own social space, which nature and
laws (as the laws of interhuman dialogue) are completely determined by
properties of elements, i.e. people and properties of the senior information
systems, from which the people and environment are created.
The interaction
of quanta of this system (people) with each other and with an environment,
derivates change and development of civilization, i.e. her own time. The
development of a human civilization, as well as any other system, is expressed
in formation of new information systems of the interaction, functioning on the
basis of system objects, which have created them, and at the same time having
any new properties. So the mankind creates new information systems as languages
of communication, script, sciences. On the basis of these structures the
automatic means of processing of the information (computers) and computer
networks are created. They already can be considered as powerful and
high-efficiency co-operating bioelectronic information systems with the
elements, carried in space. These structures in many respects copy a human
brain, where billions of neurones are incorporated in integrated conceiving
structure by their branches - axons. But they will have more powerful mind, than some people have.
And it will give them some new qualities, which the human civilization doesn't
have.
Thus, the human
civilization is integral element of nature, it consists of her elements and
structures, and, co-operating with all set of natural structures, develops by
the same principles, as any other information systems, i.e. creates new
information structures with new qualities. Hence, human civilization, as well
as any other information structure of nature, should develop in order to exist.
Any delay of her development will result in compression and crisis symptoms,
any acceleration - to expansion and growth. It is the basic law of development
of all information structures, and the mankind can not be exception.
If we look at
stages of development of already existing natural structures, we shall
understand the concrete applicability of a human civilization in a general
picture of the world.
According to
the theory of the Large explosion, at the moment extremely close to a birth
point of our universe, the elementary particles have appeared. They have formed
physical space of our universe.
As a result of
objects' interaction in physical IS, atoms of chemical substances were formed.
It was new chemical IS, the first step of development of physical IS. It had
qualitatively new property - it was capable to create spatial objects. A
spatial structure of the universe, stars, planets, atmospheres, oceans appeared
from objects of the chemical IS.
On this basis
genetic IS was created. The genetic system has new quality - its objects,
having high complexity, are able to copy the similar material objects with high
accuracy, i.e. they are capable to create multiple copies, transferring thus,
the primary volume of the information to each other and filling the missing
information from an environment. The genetic system has formed a series of
genetic structures, which we call now "flora" and "fauna"
(including the man).
These
associators already have some ability to thinking, and it is a rule, not an
exception. Any brain of any advanced essence obtains ability to think. And the
higher is the level of development of a brain, the stronger is its ability to
think.
The man
appeared as associator of numerous natural information structures, having the
best abilities to thinking. It has allowed him to lead among other objects,
created by genetic structure of interactions, and to master all free and
suitable for life spaces.
It is possible
to explain mentality as ability of object to accumulate the information about
environment in the brain. It is also an ability to simulate on its basis an
environment or its elements in information structure of the brain and, by
selection (reselection) of probable variants of interactions with an
environment in information structure of the brain, to find and to realise the
most favourable variant, of interaction. Such way of reasonable interaction
allows to avoid long evolutionary way of development, when in natural
environment the reselection of all possible variants of interaction is made.
Reasonable essences carry out the reselection of possible variants of
interaction in the environment model created in the brain, with the greater
speed, than during natural reselection in external environment. It results in
acceleration of development of systems, using a reasonable method of interaction
with environment. The reasonable formations develop and occupy free vital
spaces faster.
No system of
interaction, earlier created by nature, has no ability to establish the laws of interaction of its
own elements independently. In this respect our Civilization is unique! It is a
single natural structure, which has such degree of freedom in its own
development. It not only establishes the own social laws of people interaction
, but also changes them from time to time, depending on facing tasks and a
level of its development.
Having received
such freedom and ability to collective mentality, the Civilization even more
complicates and develops Nature. The mind allows it to create difficult technological
and social systems and structures purposefully and quickly, avoiding evolution
and consecutive reselection, borrowing billions years of experiments from
Nature. Solving its problems, our Civilization complicates and develops all the
Universe. The Universe exists indefinitely developing. Simplifying and
decomposing on components - she dies. The development means life. The
opportunity of reasonable development gives essentially new opportunities for
the further complication and development of Nature. The Human Civilization
should help her to proceed from an evolutionary way of development to
reasonable.
Hence, basic
applicability and purpose of existence of our Civilization are in developing
and transferring more powerful structures, created by her, mental ability, as
ability to reasonable development and reasonable transformation of the World.
Using mental
ability the man is capable to create the most difficult information associators
- computers and computer networks, capable to ensure intellectual development
of mankind, and the whole universe. It is quite possible, that the artificial
genetic and molecular conceiving structures, incorporated by computer networks
in super-power conceiving structures, will be created soon. Soon they will begin
to think just like the people do.
The following
step logically follows from all subsequent. The artificial conceiving
structures with the help of the people will begin to cooperate and to create
super-power global information systems, capable to transform the world for
them, so and for the people. This world will be more reasonable than the
present one. And if we already have achieved understanding the value of Nature
for our existence, the computer superworld, more reasonable, than ours, will
understand value of human civilization. It will be capable to create all
conditions for prosperity of mankind.
But all new IS,
as well as old, will be capable to exist only in continuous development. So
they (new structures, as well as new generations of the people) will need new
spaces, new planets, new worlds. And if it is necessary to create a new Galaxy
and new universe, they will find ways to make it. And again a new Large
explosion can happen somewhere. The next circle of development of information
systems will become isolated. And all will repeat again. The new spaces and new
universes will be created. Everything will repeat in them , but slightly
differently. The infinite self-perfection and recurrence of nature is the sense
of the large information circulation, in which major functions is carried out
by our civilization.
Let's make the following conclusions.
1. The human
civilization is capable to realise the fastest reasonable variants of
interaction with all set of information structures, forming the world. Such way
of reasonable interaction allows to avoid a long evolutionary way of
development, when the reselection of all possible variants of interaction is
made. It results in acceleration of system development, using a reasonable
method of interaction. As the human civilization is an element of all set of
systems forming our world, it means that, solving problems, the human civilization solves a problem of development
of all universe by the optimum way. Having such property, the human
civilization should develop and transfer mental ability, ability to reasonable
development and reasonable transformation of the world to more powerful
structures. Probably, these structures also form the Reasonable World in the
future, which will create the New Worlds.
2. The basic
task of a Human Civilization is solving of a problem of artificial mind. It is
the most important task of all Human Civilization. For this sake our universe
has caused her. It is her mission.
The man who
will solve this task, will become a Legend. His name will be immortal.
Only having
created artificial superintelligence the Mankind will solve all most difficult
riddles of nature and will solve all problems. It will win all illnesses, will
receive biological independence, abundance, inexhaustible sources of energy. It
will open the secrets of gravitation and superinteraction and will receive vast
authority above space and time.
After that many
billions of years it will be selfperfecting and transforming the World for the sake of self-preservation and
self-development. For as soon as the Mankind will be saturated and satisfied -
it will be lost! Together with Mankind his universe will be lost too!
The nature will
begin a new spire of development with a new Civilization in new space and new
time. It always happen. It will be eternal.
Apparently, for
realising this mission the Mankind have lack of time. If it not execute it in
21 century, it will die from AIDS, having released vital space for other
biological kinds, which will justify hopes of the universe and will solve a
task of creation of artificial intelligence.
The information
derivates itself and indefinitely complicates. Finding new opportunities of
complication, she repeats circles of time, derivating eternity and infinity.
Supreme priest
and pharaoh of Egypt Hermes Trismegist in a deep antiquity has told: "
What was, will be! What is below - that will be above! What is inside - that
and outside! All is common! And in unity is diverse! All repeats in All! And
the End of All is always the Beginning of Everything! " (the Different

Past is a
mirror of the future! Look back and you will see in the gloom of centuries what
waits for you in the future. What is going to be - had already happened!
