| Roles and Responsibilities |

Team lead, responsible for implementing, managing, customizing, and enhancing the client system, executed on-site and off-shore for one of the leading Construction companies in the world - HOCHTIEF. The system was built upon Oracle Interconnect 10.1.2 as central hub, which directly interacts bewteen, the client's legacy applcaitions (like LOGA, WODIS, KUBUS etc.,) using different adapters (FTP, HTTP/S, Database) and Oracle eBS suite. The business flows involves custom transformations to handle large amount of data. Also involved in managing the end-to-end message flow using custom built applcaiton CIMT (Central Interface Message Tracking).

Carrefour is the world's leading retailer spanning 28 countries and 9600 stores. The B2B system handles document exchange using standard EDI/XML file formats, and non-standard (in-house) file formats in a limited manner to trade with many countries and other trading partners on the net. Orders, Order responses, invoices etc are exchanged from one trading partner to another through the gateway.
Net-Kraft manages the entire infrastructure providing support to the various trading partners and Carrefour, development on new requirements, enhancements, and change requests to the existing configurations. Migration, bug-fixing and performance measurements on the system are also carried out. Performance tuning at code level and at application level is also carried out in agreement with Carrefour.
Carrefour has employed multiple software applications to bring together diverse technical and non-technical requirements to host such a marketplace. Viewlocity's AMTrix 4.3.1, Cyclone's Cyclone Interchange 4.1 and IBM's MQ Series 5.2 form the core infrastructure that have been integrated to work as a single application.
C4.net is hosted on Sun Solaris OS implementing Sun Cluster 2.1 using two symmetrical physical nodes. All the applications are registered as Data services to provide high availability and have the HA Scripts to handle High Availability.

The Worldwide CAT dealers maintain their inventory data in their own DBS system. This data should be
uploaded to a common repository and regularly updated to enable information sharing and processing
between dealers through other applications like RPC, GTS. Each Dealer will send the updated data at
regular intervals to CAT propriety Mail Box. Data is extracted from this Mailbox through FTP, validated
and put in respective common-repository.

Data Frame is content management tool, which has basic features for managing content by different
users. Each user uploads files to be content published and can accessed by other users. A common
search link is to be provided for the application. This search feature should search for a keyword
given in the documents uploaded by the users, which may be of formats txt, HTML, Doc, PDF and XLS.
The functionality of documents' search indexing was done using lucene API. The other parsers like PDF,
Doc and XLS were integrated to Lucene for indexing.
