ABBREVIATIONS:
SBD = Soundboard recording
AUD = Audience recording
WEB = Webcast recording
VAR = Various sources; soundboard/studio/demo/audience
Studio = Exactly what it says
GRADING SCALE:
"A" No known flaws. Almost as good as an actual release.
"A-" Just slightly off. A few things might not be great, but still worthy of ownership.
"B+" Very easy to listen to, but there is probably something lacking.
"B" Lacks something noticeable (ie bass is low, drums are low, muddled in places)
"B-" This is a show to own because of a certain reason. Can be hard to listen to at times.
"C+" Not really enjoyable, but some reason is always there to tolerate this quality.
"C" This is my lowest quality rating. You can be the judge of what it means.
From time to time you will see me grade something between 2 levels. This is because the quality might not fit exactly into one of the categories. Also, there is a difference between a soundboard rating of "A" and an audience recording of "A". Please DO NOT be fooled into thinking that an audience recording will be as good as a soundboard recording. This rating system is the one that I use. Many other traders have their own rating systems. I encourage you to surf around and check out other traders' pages and ratings and come to your own conclusions.
