9:05 PM 28/02/2002: wasup everyone! just thought i'd better get things rolling again before i go back into full website management mode, lucky i commented all my HTML ;-) i just realised how long it has been since i updated this so i figured it's time for some radical changes. i don't have the time or will-power to completely re-design the site at the moment, however i am going to tweak it to make a bit more interesting. i have a favour to ask YOU the visitors though, i need webspace - badly. support would be nice too but i have realised that if i am going to do this it looks like i am going to have to do it alone :-7 aiight i'm out...

20:31 16/09/2001: whoa hey sorry everyone, i've been really busy with college and everything lately, haven't had alot of time to work on the site, i have been making a few minor updates, just not posting in the news though. i've found new web hosting - Peyros, supposedly they offer unlimited space, and the url is decent: http://inqorporated.peyros.com/ - can't complain anyway, of course you can still access the site from the CJB.NET redirect URL http://inqorporated.cjb.net/.
i can't remember exactly what i have done that's new so i'll run through the sections, obviously home is this page (updates on the site etc), news is the news section but unfortunately i haven't had time to update that, although i think we all know about the terrible tradgedy that has happened in the US... the forums section is still the CJB.NET forums, i think i'm just going to use EzBoard or something at this stage because i'm too lazy to set up vBulletin or anything and i'm not sure if this new hosting place supports cgi-bins.
i'm pretty sure i'm going to keep all the downloads on Yahoo!AU (or as many as possible) because their servers are fast (well they are from australia~!) - except the large downloads which i am going to need an FTP server for probably, i'm thinking of looking into online storage aswell *shrugs* the downloads in the hacking section weren't working last time i tried them, although i think that there might be something wrong with yahoo, because the files exist on the servers (checked through FTP) however yahoo complains that the resource is temporarily unavailable or something, i'll try and fix that tonight. the games section still isn't really taking off at all, narcotics i am going to do some more work on because now we have an official dealer :) and obviously the appz and mp3z aren't up, the music section is at a standstill because of lack of support, the cracks section is a matter of me being bothered to make the page, and the graphics section is the only complete section uploaded.
well yes you can see i haven't done alot :) hehe, i really need time!! thankgod the so called holidays are coming up and supposedly i do get abit of time of college, it just occured to me i actually started this whole project last holidays, what's that, 10 weeks?? i really should've kept the hit counter going huh, hehe :) the last i checked the counter of the OLD homepage it was at about 180 something, can't quite remember, and yes the old homepage is still up on the net hehe: http://au.geocites.com/teqno_hackr/

20:23 6/09/2001: hello everyone, hmmmmm well i didn't do ALOT last night. i have uploaded a few more files that should work from the downloads section now, um i think that's about it. i had to go through an awful lot of code to get all the links working but hopefully 90% of the downloads should work now, except of course windows2000 and 98se from the appz section because i do not have enough space to upload those, yes i am STILL looking for somewhere to host =(
oh and if the site seems fucked from http://inqorporated.cjb.net/ it's not my fault, CJB.NET must use some kind of cache system or something because after i've uploaded new graphics files, they don't appear for at least half an hour, however the HTML files read instantly though of course, anyway if you're having problems with the site use http://au.geocities.com/inqorporated/ - everything seems to work okay from there.
oh and no more comments about the lame unix system fake screenshot on the hacking page haha, it's just that i needed something to put there and i was playing around in photoimpact so yeah, that ended up there :) i'd also like to assure everyone that none of the downloads have trojans in them or viruses - i don't do lame stuff like that, and i virus scan all my files before i upload them anyway - note that if you try and do this that sub7.exe and divint.exe and some of the other common utils and trojans appear as infected with "Win32 Divine Trojan" or "SubSeven Trojan" - WELL OF COURSE THEY APPEAR INFECTED, THEY ARE TROJANS AFTER ALL. haha, many people make this mistake.
anyway i'm off to think about what section i should open up next :P obviously not something with downloads (eg the mp3 section) because i am literally out of space!! i might do some work on the music site or the narcotics section =D~ mmmmmm mdma bwuahaha. i'll also be posting up some new graphics when i get the chance, anyway i've got work to do, so i'll report back in later . . .

01:11 5/09/2001: well okay another sort of major update, maybe not visually but certainly in the code and the files! all the buttons have finally been moved into the media directory, which of course took alot of fixing up in all the javascript mouseovers, and the virii section has been removed from the menu as that is now a subsection of "hacking" which is now up aswell, it just has the old tables from version 0.1x and i think SOME of the downloads work, i will have to code bashing later on to fix it all up...
and i added a section at the bottom of this page which has methods of contact me and added a "contact" section to the main menu (obviously to fill up the gap that virii left hehe) due to popular request, and now labelled this version 0.22b now that it actually has content =).
i'm still looking into all that forum stuff, i really really need some feedback on what the hell to do there hehe :) and i need jacob to contact me about the narcotics page, elise has already started work on a contribution for the music section, and i'm still also looking into login scripts for a members only section of the site, which i still think i won't introduce until version 0.30 =P hehe. anyway i have to go code bashing and fix up those links, and then i'm off to bed, i have college today so i'd better not be too late (early) - later everyone!

21:24 4/09/2001: hello everyone, sorry i haven't done an update in a while, i've been well, i don't think busy is quite the right word to describe but, nontheless i've been unavailable *sighs* i haven't done alot to the site, you've all noticed the big ugly CJB.NET ad banners up in the top center, they are there for the purpose of hopefully MY banner getting shown on other people's pages so that my site will attract more visitors blah blah blah.
um i have added the games section, only just sort of starting designing that this evening, there's a basic preview of what the CS section will look like, i'd love for somebody to write me some content to stick in there, and more importantly i need a copy of that main CS picture used in the background of the console and the menu (the CT crouched against a wall in de_dust).
the other thing that i've spent the last hour or so on is that jolt-cola image. i took the original which had a black background into paintbrush at 800% zoom and basically did it pixel by pixel by hand replacing the black with the gray so that it would blend into my menu rather nicely. of course then i had to resize it so it would fit in the menu and as you can see, with the dithering the text has gone a bit shit again but oh well, looks better now than it did before (i think??).
that's about it i guess, oh and a little while ago i proclaimed this to be version 0.21 *shrugs* oh that's right, i must fix up those links in the appz section, oh and there is now a leeched download to ulead photoimpact 6 which is just a must have for anyone doing anything with web sites, if i can get the webspace i will be uploading my own copy of that for ya'll =D~
*coughs* ugh, anyway i've gotta go fix up those links anyway, and i'm thinking i'll just shove the old table of trojans into the hacking section aswell as the real hacking utils - old table as in the list of shit in version 0.1x of ACE. anyway i'll report back once i'm done! =P

22:19 2/09/2001: oh oh oh i just had a brainwave!! have you all seen some sites how you can like move your mouse over an image and it acts like water and ripples start coming out and stuff, or how some of them just swish around and go all plasma-ish like water (well not really lol!) - yeah well i think that would really kewl as an effect for the logo in the top right!! if anyone agrees or better yet - has JS code/software that can do that, plz plz plz contact me! =D~

22:04 2/09/2001: well as you can all probably notice the main title text from above has disappeared!! that's because this space is now going to become where i'm sticking the cjb.net banner exchange advert thing =( i'm doing that so i can hopefully get some people actually coming here!! not just badman / jess and all the n00bz from "Hackers" (MSN Chat) hehe =)). i'll probably arrange better in later versions of the site :) speaking of which, where am i to put the version number now?? =((. oh and you've probably also noticed the new >>inQorporated<< logo in the top right, finally got rid of that ugly temporary Q thing. yeeeees i think the new logo looks pretty sweet anyway, the electric blue swirls and everything is just mmm yummmm......
if i can i'm going to get an electric sound wave file and play it with the onMouseOver to that when you put your mouse over the main image it makes this sound of surging electricity! ;-D if anyone knows where i can get something like that or has something similar please let me know =). i'm thinking i'm going to use that same blueish swirly background thing in the main image for the banner ad (which is part of the CJB.NET banner exchange program - i set an image routed to a cgi-bin that randomly picks somebody's website from this category (computers) and it displays it above, and then the same thing happens on their site except it shows a banner linking to my site (here)) =D. anyway i really should get around to doing that tonite metinks!! i wonder if it's possible to exploit that system somehow?? ;-) i'm willing to bet it is bwuhahaha... anyway i'll work that out later, hmm yes and i'm wanting to start the narcotics page next so jake if you're reading this, msg me =P.
two more things, one - the jolt-cola ad at the bottom of the menu, HELP!! what do i do with it? it looks shit as it is now, and it looks even more shit when you put your mouse over it! =( if anyone has a different one with jolt-cola or red bull if very possible contact me urgently !! and the last thing is i'll be adding the "about" thingo back into the menu SOON but i need JS code for a popup with no menu, no buttons etc - i had snipplets and examples all over my hdd before my 20gb died and i haven't done javascript in a while (can't you tell from the mouseover code?? hehe) so i need somebody to give me just a simple script for making a popup window - no i don't want to set the anchor target to "_blank" so bugger off! =p anyway that's it from me fer now, i'm off to make this banner (p.s. i'll post it up inplace of the evil TPG one once it's done hehe =) . . .

18:13 2/09/2001: *takes a sip from his coke and whiskey...* well today sucked royally. i was awoken at 1pm by my parents telling me to get up and have a shower because we were going out, the real estate dewd selling our house was bringing people through and it's not good if we're around, so it was off to tuggerah to see jurassic park 3 - pathetic as it was, there was a few intelligent ideas in it, very, very few but it was OK, i'm not sure how to rate this movie, but it is something you'd want to see on the bigscreen and not wait for it to come out on video, i think it's like see it at the movies or don't see it all, it's really not that great, anyway i'm no film critic so i'll just shut up now...
last night proved rather unenventful, except for the fact i finally got ahold of UleadPhotoimpact 6 - which is why you've probably noticed the new logo up the top :) i really must add in the version number to it methinks... hmmm anyway... i got asked out the other day, wednesday, by an old 'friend' of mine, she lives in melbourne though so *shrugs* i turned her down and would've turned her down even if she lived around here too, i am still not over my ex-girlfriend... but that's a long story which accounts for a large majority of why i am depressed alot of the time.
anyway.... i saw the four-point surround 2000 today, 4 satellites, a new wooden subwoofer with S/PDIF inputs and gold RCA's mmmmmmmmmmm - they also had the desktop theatre 5.1 (which includes Live! Platinum soundcard and the analog model of the desktop theatre which contains 4 satellites, one center channel and subwoofer) - and they had the standalone desktop theatre digital 3500 - which is the same as the analog model except it has a digital reciever - if this means NOTHING to you, then in plain english it's a big, loud motherfuckin sound system! =D oh and they had the Live! Platinum 5.1 standalone with the creative live! drive (front 5.25" bay RCA and S/PDIF input). and then i return home to my crappy fps1000 (4x sats + sub) and feel like crying, i only have a soundblaster pci128 pffft hunk o' junk, although better than most people's soundcards these days i s'pose, especially those evil AC97 onboard ones *shudders* and the SiS 7018 - let's not go there...
i also scored some hardware on the way home from tuggerah - don't ask :) i got (working) 14" SVGA, 2x 3.5" fdd's, 1x AT keyb, 1x 240mb hdd and 2x fdd cables, there was also a 4x CDROM but that didn't work :(. oh well, still, *shrugs* the 14" monitor is better than the current one i have (NO my computer is not using a 14" - i have a 17" diamond view thankyou very much!!). ew this whiskey-cola is really starting to taste bad!! i think i should go get some more coke and top it up, shit i hope i dun get pissed off this, i was hoping to do some vb tonite, lol, later all =P

19:34 1/09/2001: hey everyone, i haven't had alot of time to work on the site recently, and i've been pretty depressed about everything going on with me and my ex-girlfriend etc etc, if you don't know then don't ask unless you want your ear chewed off :) uh thursday night i wasn't online because i was really tired and upset and ended up just sleeping right through instead of coming online. last night i didn't have much time to work on the website, i was too busy trying to fix other people's problems. hopefully tonite should be a bit more productive, i am still YET to get ulead photoimpact 6, although i currently have a download site for it, it's just a matter of getting online and starting it!
this evening i added the graphics section and i think on wednesday night i added the "news" section, well just a sort of demo of it anyway and how it will work, ummm the graphics section has thumbnails to artwork i've done and some cool background pictures that i think are a must have hehe. uh i HAVE found vBulletin and UltraBulletin - not too sure what versions, i haven't downloaded them and had a play yet, i'm not sure whether to use either of these, ezBoard or more importantly, if i'm going to use the software, i need webspace that supports CGI!
at the moment this site is on geocities AU under the new inqorporated account, using CJB.NET redirection (obviously) which is why there is a script error if you look in the status bar, nooooo it's not bad coding, it's just that geocities tries to place an AD on your site which doesn't work because URL redirection (and cloaking) works by setting your page in an invisible infinitely big frame blah blah blah you know. i urgently need a new server to host this site on =( spaceports are tight and delete accounts regularily so they're out, i urge anyone who knows of any free hosting (even if it does have ads and low MB allowance) to let me know.... i'll be adding a javascript pop-up window with info on e-mail and icq etc to link all of those "me" things to soon. anyway i'll be on later, bye . . .

21:21 29/08/2001: okay well today has been busy to say the least, it's raining cats and other assorted pets and i had a real bitch of a teacher at college today, she got the shits with me because i open explorer using WIN+E - she says I have to "double-click the My Computer" - I nearly told her where to stick it, stupid old beotch. Hmm yes anyway, I went to a Bradfield College information evening tonight, just got back a few minutes ago actually. yeeeeeees anyway i need to get online tonite, and fix up a banner ad for my CJB.NET redirection banner thingo (yes unfortunately there'll be a 468x60 pixel banner either ontop of the page or underneath it - what do you think ? I also need to download PhotoImpact 6 so I can make a proper logo thing for up the top --OR-- maybe i should just put the CJB.NET ad banner in where it says ">>inQorporated<<" right now, and create a logo to stick in the top left - that Q is only temporary :P i also should add the link buttons at the bottom of the menu, i think i might go fish out that jolt-cola one now ;) if anyone knows what else deserves to be put in there - contact me =D~
methinks i won't bother adding the members section to this version considering i don't have a login program yet (i will soon though) - i have however located a copy of vBulletin 2.0 and UBB - I'm not sure which one to use, or more importantly where to host the site if I do - remembering most hosting services do not support PHP, ASP, CGI etc. well i'm pretty sure geocities doesn't anyway :) i might store the entire forum program (cgi) on a webserver that DOES allow PHP etc and just link it from here, the reason i like hosting with geocities AU is because people can download things at above 5kb/s from here, whereas if i was hosting with any of the free american servers you could expect much above 4.5kb/s - i am of course talking about the majority of australian viewers who are still on PTSN (hey i am!) :P
okay i've changed the project 420 one to an embossed jolt advertisment now, if you move your mouse over it it goes back to normal colours :) i really need photoimpact so i can get rid of that ugly Q in the corner. hmmm anyway, i'm going to go and try add some of the old sections into the new site =D~ i'll update later. . . .

02:37 29/08/2001: hey hey, i told you all i'd come up with a name sooner or later, what ya'll think?? :) >>inQorporated<< hit me while i was talking to Fire-Wire, who was waffling on about ecstasy and there i was trying to fink of a name for the site hehe, and yeah i went through of list of names and then when i was thinking about "Q" - incase you haven't noticed i have a "Q" fetish (teQno) i thought about incorporated, and then wallah inQorporated was born. i'm not sure whether to just call the site plain inQorporated or with hackers prefixed to it...
i'm going to register the CJB.NET foward as inqorporated so yeah. a part of me is kind of sad to see the death of australian computer enthusiasts, oh well, it was actually just a crap quick name i thought up when i was trying to name the DIR to shove the files in lol. anyway it's 2.47am and i have college tommorrow, so i should probably goto bed now :P oh and yes i replaced the previous crappy background image haha. and added the virii section back in, and by special request because jacob is helping make an E page, there is now "narcotics" listed in the menu too :D later everyone. . .

22:28 28/08/2001: well well well, welcome to version 0.20 =) i told you all i'd be starting design on this, bwuahahaa! not what you expected?? hehe me neither :) well the only real thing i can complain about right now is that goddamn ugly ace logo up the top, originally that frame just had text in it but i thought hmmmm nah better put in an image and wallah, that piece of shit appeared, it's really only an oversize button ;) i will be downloading photoimpact 6 tonite so i can REALLY get to work on the images here (and the new graphics section aswell which you might have noticed has found it's way into the menu) along with the music section and the cracks section :). one thing you might've noticed has dissapeared is the virii section, don't worry i'll be bringing it back in and you'll see a little button underneath "hacking" soon :P. oh and i've added the project 420 banner down the bottom of the menu, it's just a novelty image i thought i'd stick in there, i'll replace it with my usual jolt-cola and collection of assorted button links to important sites soon enough :)
you wouldn't BELIEVE how many sizing problems i have had so far, little things like one or two pixels because my images aren't saving to the size i tell them to, grrr. it seems all okay now, the only thing that is pissing me off at the moment is the menu, there's absolutely no space between the column starts and where the first image is, problem is if i enable cellpadding it fucks up the dimensions of the iframe and that's a real bitch to fix. anyway i'll probably get around to doing it later when i can be bothered ;)
i'm going online now to upload this hehe, be sure to check back regularily to see what pages i have migrated to this site from the old one - and somebody remind about the virii section too please hehe. lastly i am proud to announce my friend monty has finally came to his senses and realised his true purpose in life - to join the ace web development team ;P so if you'd like to give me a hand with something, or have an idea for a section or something you'd like to see in the site, feel free to contact me via e-mail, icq, or msn =D~
