.:Clich:.
Clich started off as an attempt to tell two parallel stories of a young man and woman who were right for each other but doomed to write each other off. I was content with the results, but this is a topic that I would like to re-attempt in the future.
An interesting example of how the complexion of this song changed as I realized I fell short of my song's goal was the title change. It was originally going to be cheesily titled as a reference to Romeo and Juliet, such as "Act IV" or "Plagued Houses", but by the time I finished the first chorus, I knew I had created a clich in every way but the happy ending :P
PS - where it says Stu's bridge, all four lines are Stu's writing, not just the one with the arrow. I really liked how those lines flowed and the feeling they conveyed, so I asked Stu if I could sample them and he obliged :D
