So back to the story.
Monday night ended up being one of the most brutal on the old liver. We went up to Owen Sound to go to The Beer Store!! For those who haven't been up there, liquor stores are different than back home.
1. They close really early. 2. You can't buy liquor and beer at the same place. There's The Beer Store and LCBO ( I think those are the correct initials). The Beer Store, well, it sells only beer. You walk up to the counter and tell them what you want and they go and get it for you. Also, ya know how beer bottles have the stamp on em for cash redemption. Well, that actually works up there, so you can return the bottles to there to get cash back. 3. Beer is cheap there, but booze is expensive. Liquor is considered a luxury item so it's taxed pretty heavily. |

So back to the stories. After we got the booze, we went down to South Hampton to eat and we picked up another dude named Jason. Cool dude as well, seems to be a fan of IBM as well. After eating some tasty Fish n' Chips, we headed back to Mitch's house. That's where I met some more people, including Woofa and Melissa, and spent more time hanging out with Mitch and Sarah. Melissa is a cool girl, there's not too many girls out there that like hardcore music. Woofa (sp?) was an interesting dude. I didn't like him at all at first. He walked in just talking trash and using the most haggard pickup lines on earth on Melissa. I threw a few cracks back as well, and almost died laughing when Fenwick put out a smoke on his hand.
At some time in the morning, we changed the location over to Fenwick's house so Sarah could get some sleep. my view of that Woofa guy changed, because he wanted to know if he was being an idiot/etc...When people can admit that and talk about it, that shows something. Well, after a ton of drinking, we went over to Horton's to grab a coffee. The birds were chirping which is always a bad sign. It was funny that Fenwick's alarm to get up for work was going off as we were drinking.
