Stage IV

Moving to a new area with a few locals to form a new church plant in an area where churches are few and the gospel is greatly needed.

Using our gifts to reach and teach the locals in a new area where churches are few while still fellowshipping and being mentored with the church in Lower Eastside. Each person has different gifts that can be used to reach others. We will use our gifts and share in ministry experiences in Lower Eastside to provide the new church plant team with strategy, method, and to gain insight to what they saw effective in building relationships.

The process starts over again as new Christians begin dreaming about future church plants and they begin going through team dynamics and mission strategies.

We will continue to study the city and its cultural systems and seek God�s guidance as to how to best reach out to the city and its various communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We seek to plant churches that are self supporting (able to stand without the help of outside missionaries), self governing (able to make their own choices - autonomous), self theologizing (able to study and think on their own -like the Bereans who diligently searched the scriptures to see if what they were taught was true), and self propagating (reproduces other churches through church planting). This will be a continuous ongoing process that involves years of devotion. Our dream is to see the church having a strong presence and the gospel available to all people in New York City.
