Love...according to Eric
Right now, I'm sitting here hoping that everything works out for you the way that you want it to. One thing I've learned after all the shit I've been through with relationships is that sometimes it seems like it's not worth it and you're ready to give up, and let me tell you that, "Growing up sucks...and not all kisses are magic, and most members of the opposite sex do not live up to your expectations. But, there are those times when everything, I mean love, romance, relationships...it all falls together perfectly and it's incredible...It's those momemnts, no matter how depressingly few and far between, that make growing up worth it. And it'll be okay." I don't know what you want, and you probably don't either, but if you want things to work out with the other person, they will. And if you don't, then maybe there are reasons. As much as I used to hate this saying, it's true: *~*There is a reason for everything.*~* And there is. I mean, who knows why things have been so hard for you when it comes to relationships? You need to find a person who you're proud to love and who is proud to love you back in spite of all your faults. Sometimes we try and mold people into the people we think they should be...we think it's what we need and we put an unfair burden on people just so they can save us from ourselves. But we find that we don't need a knight in shining armor...we need a partner. And when you find them, you'll know...It's this incredible feeling that you can't describe, it can't be put into words...it's just something that you feel. You won't have any doubts, you won't have to worry about them calling you back, because you just know that they will. It's someone you can trust...someone who will trust you in return. They'll go places with you just because you're there, it doesn't matter if they enjoy it or not, they'll go just to be with you. And when you find that person, you'll just know it. Sometimes we're sent down the hardest road possible, with the most twists and turns, but it all leads somewhere, and when you get to the end of that road, or even when you make a few rest stops along the way to watch a sunset and meet somebody who makes you happy for awhile, it's worth it...it's all worth it. You don't need directions...your heart shows you the way. Enjoy the trip.
