royal navy flying scholarship, completed summer 1998 at glenrothes airlfield in scotland. 20 hours of flying over three weeks on cessna 152s. first solo flight before i even had a driving licence.
fleet air arm officers association gliding scholarship, completed easter 2000 at the portsmouth naval gliding club. two weeks of glider flights, gaining my solo glider licence along the way.

private pilots licence training, 40 hours so far, mostly done under the instruction of pierre schoemans at the SHAPE flying club, mons, belgium on PA28s and 38s including solo cross-country flying.
