I SAW AN ANGEL
A drabble

There she was my angel, beautiful as ever with her auburn hair and blue eyes. Her eyes wandered over the crowd and finally her eyes came to rest on mine.
I swallowed hard, feeling the almost irresistible urge to run to her and kiss her right then. It amazed me, how she still could evoke such strong feeling inside me. I wanted to scream out my love for her, and make her mine forever.
But before I had the chance, she was gone from my vision of dream, and the moment when I saw an angel was gone with her.
