Scarecrow, part 1: the Rain-bow

Sooooo i   jumped    over the rain-bow,
found the yellow brick road,
and i  got  on it.
But this road is narrower than Dorothy's.
Unlike hers this leads to the real Wizard of Oz-
not that short, power-hungry, lying
weasel who tried controlling the system,
but the real forever merciful One
of the Promise Land.

And i got on this road by myself,
alone,
and this road got longer and longer, and so
one day i just had to stop,
look up at the clouds
and ask,
"Why is this road so long? so long?
Am I lost?"

And i heard this faint voice,
"Hey, you." And i turned to my side.
"Up here." And there was this guy
who looked like the scarecrow pointing north.

"If you're looking for the Promise Land,
   it's that way."

"Are you sure, I mean, this road gets longer and long-"

"If you're looking for the Promise Land,
it's that way.  But you have to go through
   all kinds of landscapes before
     you reach the mountain top.
And on that road show so many people
so many children
the words of faith,
hope,
and love."

But i just had to ask him:
"But how do you know so much?
   I mean, you're only a scarecrow.
You don't even have a brain."

And he told me to look around:
i saw all kinds of scarecrows
of all shapes and sizes; most profound,
    of all colors.
And he told me to step close to him:
  i did.
And he told me to take a closer look
at his face:  i did.
A tear of blood grew out of his left eye,
and i noticed he wore the same clothes I wore.

Then he told me:

"This   is not a scarecrow
After    they    attacked,

this     is    you."
