Preview Thoughts:
1/08/04: The working title for the film, now in its second and hopefully final draft, is "Static." Anna Gravel and Mark Friedlander are scheduled for screen tests sometime this week.
12/23/03: Producer Dave Ciampa, upon finishing the script, immediately lit upon ideas for a possible soundtrack. Filming is set to begin the first and half week of January, 2004. Scriptwriter Chris Gyngell is reportedly "extremely excited" about this production. The call is out for extras - drunks, students in an Italian class, and a professor of Italian (*cough*Rootsey*cough*). Reportedly, Greg Klein is in talks for the part of "Sal."
12/22/03: Script completed. Filming to begin soon. Wesley Cianchette in talks to choreograph what is being called the "poltergeist" sequences. Cody Holyoke in talks for the "best boy" and "grip" position. Gregory Klein remains in Vicodin City.
12/21/03: Producers report that the script for "Still" includes, among extras, three main roles. It is said to include ideas based on ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication) as well as EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon). The premise is of a young man suffering from some sort of psychic attack - details are unclear, and the script is unfinished. Producers put the release date at somewhere in March or April 2004. Filming has not yet started, and casting has yet to be announced.
