1973 Pontiac 455 block, factory crank, bored .030 oversize, for 462 cubic inches of Pure Pontiac muscle. Forged steel  rods make it almost bulletproof.
6X heads, self ported , 245 CFM intake, 190 exhaust, Crane valve spings, 3-angle valve job, Harland Sharp roller rockers  Crower Ram Air 4 cam, 304/316 advertised duration, 231/240 @ .050 tappet lift, .470 valve lift, 112 degrees LSA.
Dynomax 4-tube headers, 1-5\8" primary tubes, 3" collector, 2-1\2" mandrel bent dual exhaust with "H" crossover and Dynomax Ultra Flows.
Edelbrock Torker II intake, custom calibrated Holley 850 DP. Carter Street\Strip fuel pump, 1/2" aluminum hard line to pump, Aeroquip socketless -8AN hose to the carb.. Air Inlet Sytems "Ram Air Box", for cold air induction.
Factory HEI distributor, triggering a MSD 6A with Blaster 2 coil.
Factory Rally II's, refinished by me, 15x8-1\2 in back, 14x6 in front, 295\50-15 and 225\70-14 street radials.
Re-worked TH350 transmission, extra clutches added, hardened sprag race, 10" Continental converter-3200 flash stall. 3.08 ratio  10-bolt posi rear.

The car must be made faster...
The car runs strong on the street, but the traction at the track showed some flaws in the fuel system. 14.1@98 MPH....not good...

New results-5/23/03-Added 1\2" fuel line, new carb, and MSD igntion. Previous time of 14.1 @ 98 MPH was a result of a BAD fuel delivery problem.

The car ran much better this time out, fuel delivery problem seems to be solved. I think 12's are there with a little traction, and some more tuning.
