A photo of me while on duty walking along Nicoll Highway... taken by my colleague at dawn while we were at the Nicoll Highway collapse site from 3rd night till the 4th morning after the rescue works has stopped... the hole is very big and is 10 storeys deep... i really respect the Singapore Civil Defense Force "DART" team... they put their lives in danger to go down to that depth to recover the missing bodies... when they are down there, it is very dangerous as the hole might collapse even further and they may die inside if that really happens... i really respect them from deep down inside... *salutes* |
