What Trace Elements do

Trace elements do many different things for the body. Along with providing nutrients they also are used in the body during chemical reactions. When the body is lacking a certain element it’s unable to create many of the necessary substances in the body. For instance even though Hydrogen and Oxygen aren’t trace elements you can think of the way they combine for trace elements. Hydrogen and Oxygen constantly combine to create H2O or water. If your body was lacking either element it wouldn’t be able to create this very important substance. Although Hydrogen and Oxygen aren’t trace elements many of the actual trace elements combine in similar ways. There has also been a new study that shows that people HIV are likely to have deficient amounts of certain trace elements. This can be looked at as showing that trace elements are very valuable to the body and without them it can damage the boy.
