Episode 10: Bitter Fruits (Reunion)
Last time on Nintendo: The Mole:

Bowser and Ganondorf went head-to-head on planet Aether and duked it out to determine the winner. After calculating the results of the challenge, the game overall, and the votes of the other contestants, Ganondorf came out on top and was crowned the victor and thus won the $1 million. Today, were going to give you the inside story on Nintendo: The Mole in an interview chat with all the players that will serve as the series reunion. We now bring you the tenth and final episode of Nintendo: The Mole:

IngRaider and the ten contestants file into a suite of Hotel Delfino where they will discuss the series and begin the reunion. A mixture of emotions fills the room: Ganondorf is happy he has won, Link is a little disappointed he was the first one to go and Bowser is still shocked that he lost the challenge and the game.

Hello contestants, says IngRaider. Welcome to the series reunion of Nintendo: The Mole. Today, as you know, were just gonna talk a little about the game overall and get your opinions on everything. Finally, Ill reveal mostly everything that went on behind the scenes that you may not know about. The camera catches everything and it never lies. So lets start the reunion off with Link. Im surprised you even showed up today. What do you have to say?

I guess Im disappointed that I left so soon, says Link.  Maybe its because the Mole saw me as the greatest threat.

The Mole was DK at that time, reminds IngRaider.

Well, anyway, DK saw me as the greatest threat and eliminated me. I feel that I should have stayed around a little longer. I worked hard, pulled my weight in the team competition. But I guess when it came down to it, it was all the luck of the draw and I was picked as the first one to leave.

Thats an interesting and honorable way to look at it, says IngRaider. How do you feel about DKs hiring of Rawk Hawk in an illegal attempt to sabotage the teams efforts?

I dont think that was a good move on his part. DK was eliminated shortly after me and he paid the price for that cheating move.

What would you say if I told you it was my idea? asks IngRaider.

Huh? asks a confused Link.

DK hired Rawk Hawk because of me! reveals IngRaider. As I said before, I have ENCOURAGED players to cheat, as long as they dont get caught.

Yeah, you made me lose, blurts out an angry DK.

I did not make you lose, replies IngRaider. Your fellow contestants voted you out because they suspected foul play, but I did not make you lose in any way. Remember, I offered you $10,000 to cheat, no matter if you lost the game or won it. When you cheat, you assume all risks. Understand?

Yes, answers DK, his head drooping to the floor. I cant believe I did that, he mutters under his breath.

Anything else you two want to say? asks IngRaider.

I hired Doopliss as well, for another $10,000. admits DK.

Good game guys, says Link, shaking hands with everyone in the room.

Lets move on, shall we? says IngRaider. Next we have Mario, another unfortunate victim of a Mole. Mario, you left sort of early. How do you feel about your performance in the game?

I think-a it was-a terrible, says Mario. I was really bummed-a when the Mole picked me to be out. I couldve done-a much-a better if I had been given the chance-a. Otherwise, no regrets-a.

Thats good to hear, replies IngRaider. Do you know who was the Mole who terminated your life in this game?

Peach-a? he guesses.

Yep, says IngRaider. Peach voted you off, despite the fact that you two are friends. Who else do you think contributed to your downfall?

Bowser, states Mario. He made us lose-a the team challenge, so its-a his fault-a too!

Oh I see, responds IngRaider. By the way, it was I who told the pirates to launch an all-out assault once Bowser attacked with something other than his blaster. Now lets move on to Peach.

Im sorry Mario, she says. I only eliminated you so people wouldnt suspect that Im the Mole because were such good friends and I would never vote you off. But I guess that didnt work because I was next to leave. Im sorry Mario, I was so stupid.

All part-a the game-a, Mario replies nonchalantly.

Why do you think you lost, Peach? inquires IngRaider.

Well, I didnt find any emeralds that episode if you recall, she begins. And nobody was happy about that. Plus, Bowser, Ganondorf, and Wario all found emeralds so they were immune and united against me and they won. I was eliminated. It was as simple as that. Also, I think a few of the players might have seen me trying to hinder the teams progress in Episodes 3 and 4 or might have disliked my princess-like ways. Either way, people found an opportunity to vote me off any way possible.

Another interesting story, says IngRaider. Once again, I made trouble by summoning Lord Crump and the Shadow Sirens to cause problems for you and find an emerald. As for Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Dr. Eggman, they were just there and I had no part in them ruining the game. Tingle, what have you to say?

Nothing really, he starts. The Mole, who was Yoshi at the time, got rid of me. I couldnt answer many of the trivia questions and was just not pulling my weight on the team. Pretty much opposite of Link.

In what way? asks IngRaider.

Well, Link was competent and pulled his weight and he was eliminated because he posed a threat, says Tingle. I, on the other hand, was eliminated simply to cut off dead weight. I was useless to the team and I and everyone else knew it. It was only a matter of time before I went.

Interesting, says IngRaider. Next up are Zelda and Wario, the victims of the Double Trouble episode that eliminated not one player, but two. Well start with Zelda. How do you feel about this loss?

Terrible, she replies. This reunion is only like putting salt in the wound, so to speak, but Ill go through it. I felt I was one of the best players and performed well in trivia, physical challenges, and team competitions alike. Funny, that episode I assembled an excellent Pokemon squad and Im surprised the team voted me off.

Wario? prompts IngRaider.

Well, Ing-a at this point-a, it was every man for himself-a, says Wario. I was just too good-a and my skill-a wasnt hidden as subtle as Bowsers and Ganondorfs. It was just-a out there and-a undeniable. Everyone knew-a I was the best-a, so they wanted me gone-a. Plus-a, I had already won-a Nintendo Survivor: Dinosaur Planet and-a nobody wanted me to win twice-a. Two-a features would be too much-a.

Ah, I see, says IngRaider, pretty much yawning and bored of the reunion already. As you may have guessed, the samurai worked for me and you dealt with him very well. In Episode 7, no one was eliminated, but I wanted to say that with my help, you did very well against Lord Crump too. Im surprised all three of the final three made it to the portal in time. I was hoping to eliminate a player or two with that sudden, unexpected challenge. So now we come to Yoshi. What are your thoughts after coming this far and losing?

It was inevitable, Ing, says Yoshi. I was the Mole and the Mole is supposed to lose. Just look at the Grand Finale: Bowser, the Mole, lost to Ganondorf. The Mole is the evil player, the villain, and that is not the role I am used to playing, which I why I played it so poorly and lost. If Bowser or Ganondorf had been the Mole, chances are I wouldve made it to the final two and possibly won. But you never know. I just want to say its been great. I know its a clich, but everyone here played a great game, especially Bowser at the Poker table, and I had a great time. Finally, Ill guess that you sent all the stuff after us yet again that episode, right Ing? The dogs, B-Locker, the zombies, it was all you.

Correct Yoshi, very intuitive of you, he says sarcastically. Hopefully, by now you should know that I did everything to influence the odds of this game. Bowser, do you have anything to add?

I WAS SO @#$% CLOSE!!!! ITS JUST NOT FAIR!!!! he shouts. I was the Mole, the predator. I shouldve won. It shouldve been me with that $1 million. This is a load of @#$%^&.

Whoa, whoa, interrupts IngRaider. Bowser, would you please choose your word more carefully? There are small children watching this.

Oops, apologizes Bowser. But you get the gist of it, right.

Yeah, you were mad. Real mad, says IngRaider.

True, but all-in-all, I have to say good job to my pal, my buddy, and my best fiend er.friend, G-MAN. Woot! Go Ganondorf! says Bowser.

How nice of you, says IngRaider, shaking his head. Finally, we have the one, the only champion and winner of Nintendo: The Mole: Ganondorf! What do you have to say?

Nothing really, except that I am happy I won, he says excitedly. I thank you for the opportunity you gave me to compete in a series like this. It has truly been an awesome experience that I will remember for a lifetime. Thank you guys for being such good sports and remember that me winning is just the luck of the draw. It could be any of you next time, so good luck.

You had quite an awesome victory, says Yoshi.

Yeah, nobody expected you to fight Bowser! says IngRaider. We thought you were finished. But you proved us wrong. Not only that, but you played the best game overall and earned the respect of you fellow contestants so you could be crowned champion. Excellent job!

Thats all the time we have now, so you guys could join me if you like in the dining room for a banquet to celebrate the series conclusion. Have fun and good luck in the future. See you later.
