INGLESIDE PRESS was established, in 1995 by Benjamin Hicks. He felt that this Self Publishing Company needed to be created, because there was a lack of publishing opportunities for him. He didn't want to keep on waiting for publishing companies to publish his books of poetry. He took the initiative to publish his books of poetry.

The meaning of this publishing company is: A creative fire of thought that is contained in the writer's mind that is a place of innate skill that God blessed you with. This Publishing Company is an outlet for talent that other publishing companies don't think that they can publish their work.

INGLESIDE PRESS has been out for four years now and the company is growing. The Publishing Company publishes quality books of poetry and other types of manuscripts. For example, poetry books, children poetry books, Short Stories, and essays that stress Christian morals and values which deal with an African overlook of culture, struggle, and progress. With the poetry books, I wanted to equip the readers on how to deal with societies' ills. Also, I like to challenge the readers to think about their actions.

INGLESIDE PRESS celebrated its forth anniversary in April, the company would like to thank the customers who purchase the companies' poetry books and the bookstores who sold the poetry books. The company is looking forward to attracting more customers to purchase its poetry books and more bookstores to sell its poetry books.
