AUTHOR INTERVIEW
IN: Hello, how are you today?
BH: I'm doing ok, and yourself.
IN: Fine.
BH: That's good.
IN: So how long have you been writing?
BH: I've been writing for fourteen yr's.
IN: So what made you self publish all of your books that are out now?
BH: Well, I felt that I wanted to control my ability to write. I didn't want to wait for someone us to publish my books for me. That is why a started INGLESIDE PRESS.
IN: What do you mean when you say," To control your ability to write?
BH: I don't want to be pigeonhole to writing manuscripts that are popular for the book market. I want to write what people need to read and not what they want to read.
IN: Ok. So lets talk about your new book THE MYTHS ABOUT CONDOM SAFETY. Why did you write this book? Why did you re release it? What are people saying about this book?
BH: Let me answer your last question first. People are saying nice things about the book. I'm getting great feedback from people who purchased the book or looked through the book as well.
IN: That's good to hear.
BH: I wrote this book, because people believe condoms can protect the users from getting STDs and from getting females pregnant, which by the why is a lie. I re release this book, because I designed a new cover and made the content more bolder for my readers can read with clarity.
IN: Besides this book, how many other books have you written?
BH: I wrote four other books. The other books are poetry.
IN: People say poetry don't sell, is that true?`
BH: It depends on who you ask. I believe poetry sells not because I write and publish poetry.
IN: When are you coming out with a new book?
BH: I wrote two books, one is an essay book and the other is a poetry book. The essay book will be out in January 2002 and the poetry book is coming out on June 12, 2002.
