| Snaps is connected in many key ways to the M.S.S.S.R. including the fact that he is the main man when it comes to retrieving information on the enemy, the Toure Forces, and in that he alone has installed many of our safety mechanisms and standards. Because of his current position in the M.S.S.S.R., and that danger that goes along with it, the history of has to remain a secret, but some public notes on him are available. Snaps has a long lasting relationship with Fyllup Maeuhls, Narn, The Monkeyman, and other M.S.S.S.R. members, and their now old ideas about what the organization should represent were largely due to the political knowledge of Snaps. Snaps is also the writer of the M.S.S.S.R. Constitution, and the designer and instalator of ALL security mechanisms at the M.S.S.S.R. Headquarters and Embassy. All information currently in the possession of the M.S.S.S.R. concerning the Toure Forces was obtained by Snaps and because of this, Snaps is numero uno on the TFs list of enemies, surpassing even the Presidente himself, Fyllup Maeuhls!! Some interesting facts about Snaps are that he is the tallest known human at 8 ft, and one of only two humans to receive the Strongamudo Askiki Award normally reserved for the Askiki descendants.
