| Phyllup-Maeuhls is the founder of the M.S.S.S.R. and current Presidente as well. In addition to being the Presidente and attending to the corresponding duties, he is One of the founding members and current members of *D.U.M.B.*, an esteemed artist and inventor, and the creator of this webspace. Phyllup-Maeuhls was born in the western region of the United States, and spent a few years in the souther region before settling in the mid-western State of Minnesota. There he began to gain a firm understanding of the need for a revolutionary establishment that would bring all forms of cool stuff together. As soon as this vision was realized, work began to start several outlets that would deliver the vision to the world. Some interesting facts about Phyllup-Maeuhls are that he is only 2'3" tall (hence the nickname little tiny), and he has been known to take the shape of certain reptiles. |
