REZNOR FONTS, v 1.0
"Broken" and "Downward Spiral"

7/09/96
More than a year after releasing these fonts to the public on mac, they have
finally made their way to PC.. history of this package:

	- buck gets DINEngschrift and DINNeuzeitGrotesk
	- buck gets fontographer
	- buck releases the backwards-n fonts on MAC in SUITCASE format,
		compressed with stuffit.
	- scrappy gets a pc, with windows
	- scrappy gets un-stuffit for windows
	- scrappy installs Linux
	- scrappy installs Executor -- the only Mac emulator for PC -- Linux version
	- scrappy gets something called TTConverter for Mac
	- scrappy boots DOS, runs Linux, executes executor, and runs TTConverter
on the unstuffed files he xferred over from his VFAT msdos partition.
	- scrappy magically has 2 TTF's in his linux dir
	- scrappy gets fontographer.
	- scrappy edits the TTF's a bit in fontographer.
	- scrappy edit's Buck's README file.
	- scrappy visits alt.music.nin.
	- scrappy gets back to work on the official nin pages.

NOTE: the punctuation in these are limited, but dont complain to me.
also, if you use Adobe Type Manager (or maybe this is for everyone -- not sure),
when in Photoshop or WordPad or whatever, it may only list "Reznor" as the font,
even though both files are in your c:\windows\fonts dir. dont worry, regular type
is the broken font (DIN NeuGro), and BOLD font is the downward spiral font (DIN Engs).
also the kerning or something like that is somewhat messed up, but should print out
fine and render good in Photoshop or Truespace or whatever, only when it redraws it
it might get messed up due to the width of Broken vs. width of Spiral.

please note, i didn't hack these up or anything, and i'm not taking requests, i just
converted them to truetype. if i come across anything else cool, i'll let you know.
(like the fonts on the '95 merchandise? anyone?)

enjoy, latre..

Buck Satan's original README--
5/13/95

This archive contains two nine inch nails fonts, Reznor (Downward Spiral)
and Reznor (Broken). These are interpretations of the fonts used on the
covers of these two albums. There are no capital letters in these fonts
 - hold down the shift key to type a backwards "n".

These fonts can be found with full character sets in the commercially available
postscript fonts "DIN Neuzeit Grotesk" and "DIN Engschrift", available through Adobe.

Questions or comments can be sent to thx1138@sam.neosoft.com.

These fonts are charityware. If you use them more than two weeks, donate five
dollars to your favorite charity.

These fonts may be freely distributed as long as they remain in this installer
accompanied by this README file.
