65th Anniversary Celebration has been moved to Monday, December 6 at 5:00
Agenda's manager, Art, allowed a transfer of $500 to Nov 20 banquet and the remaining $500 can be used as a deposit for another event later (undetermined. next semester's Ex-Comm can decide what to do with it)
Our ceremony can be at Spartan Memorial at 6pm
Kenneth will reserve the Spartan Memorial for 12/6/2004 at 5:30pm
hold reception somewhere else:
1. Library- check capacity (50 est) Sharon will check
2. SPX- Kenneth Cheung will check
3. Northside Community Center- unlikely, but Kenneth has form ready
The reception may start after the ceremony at 7:30pm and end a 9pm
We need to make invitations with the new location and date ASAP
We will send less invitations--about 100
the event will be free to attend

Food will cap at $100 for the event. Spartan Shops unlikely.
the Decorations budget will decrease to $100

the projector will be checked out by Advisor Dr. Oscar Battle after the Nov 20 Banquet

Richwood has the 65th Anniversary t-shirt design and Jose will make the order at best cost.

Each decade makes own poster
merge the posters so it looks smooth
each committe needs to takes a picture by Nov 14
yearbook- a continuous project with all the pictures and names of all the active members of the past
pledges make own presentation
