Dear 65th Anniversary Committee Members,
   With Richwood as a co-chairperson of the APO GB's 65th Anniversary committee, we have shifted into overdrive and accelerated our progress to the event. Deadlines are now moving earlier than what I previously projected. Because of this, we must work hard and remain focused.
   The first committee meeting will be held in the Student Union in the bottom floor lounge on Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at 7pm-8:15 after we put together the pledge binders (started at 6pm). The Second Meeting will occur at the same place on Friday at 7:30 after Richwood absorbs the spotlight at the pledge meeting. It will end before 10pm. The reason I decided to have to 2 meetings is to accommodate as many people as possible. I want to be able to talk to everybody participating, so I guarantee my presence at both times. In the first meeting, we will talk about the budget, invitation letter, and assignments. In the second meeting, we will review what we talked about in the first meeting with new input and decide what to do next. You do not have to go both meetings, unless you feel like seeing me twice (which would impress me greatly). Learning from your schedules, I know that most of you are able to attend one of those meetings. The big man, Richwood, will be there on Friday.
   You can find these meetings in the forum. I will try to post notes in the forum topics so that we can reference it. Or I can post the notes on my website.
