11/05/2004 Regarding out $1000 deposit at Agenda for the postponed December 6 event The manager Art transferred $500 to the Nov 20 banquet deposit the remaining $500 can be used as a deposit for another event at Agenda We still have a valid contract at Agenda, but it expires on May 1, 2005 Next semester's executive committee will decide what to do with this deposit On Monday Decemeber 6, 2004 We have the Spartan Memorial from 5:30-7:30pm The official ceremony will begin at 6pm After the ceremony, we Walk around campus, take pictures, and visit the Fraternity's landmarks, like tha barbecue pits and walk to the Student Union We have the Pacifica Room from 8-10pm The layout/Decorations group has a $100 budget to create accessories, souvenirs, displays We will serve light refreshments the food could either be from Spartan Shops or our own 1. If Spartanshops caters, it would cost $500-$600 and we would require to get funding from A.S. or MOSAIC (I have not done yet) 2. If we bring our own food, we would have a $100 cap and it would have to be approved by Spartan shops (8 pizzas and soda, anyone?)
